Summary: Not worth it. Better restaurants are available within the walking distance.This is my third visit to this restaurant in the last one year. First and second time were ok. I dont expect much from restaurants in Ooty so mostly anything goes.But this restaurant managed to disappoint me and hence this review.Good thing: Place is hygienic and it is easily accessible. Chicken Lahori was average. Chapatis served were hot and soft. And all good things end here.There were not serving continental or tandoori items. No naan or kulcha. Only chapatis for bread.Paneer Chilli was extra salty(not totally bad).Mancow soup was below average.Finally the bill. It was 1100. The restaurant insisted on we pay by cash. I wanted to pay by card or upi or paytm. I walked to nearby atm and took cash and paid them.I always expect a restaurant of this size to prefer cashless payments but...Anyway it was my last visit here.

The first thing impressed me was the ambience., A classic style., Food taste was extraordinarily., I did expect such a super good continental food for a very reasonable price., I think broccoli soup is a must try here., Staffs were very friendly., And surprisingly my delicious food arrived early, that I really appreciate.,!!

This is one very good place to have food. Indian, Continental and Oriental dishes are served here. The ambience is very good and the staff here is quick to respond. The restaurant staff is very courteous and serves with smile 😃. Hot and cold beverages and juices are available here. You name it and they have it.The soothing music in the background and view of the Nilgiri Hills from the windows is very relaxing.

The ambience of this place was really nice, we ordered oriental and indian food from the menu, the food was good at best, loved the Indian dishes from the menu, oriental dishes were okay at best, I would recommend Indian dishes from the menu! The service was wonderful, they took good care of me and my family!

The restaurant is very sad. Zero star for the ambience and the food. As the place had very limited food options and were not even serving the dishes on the menu. No proper restaurant setup is available. It looked like a make shift arrangement.

The quantity and quality of the has stooped to great lows. The food at this state is being charged very ambitiously. The waiters are all new and the restaurant is falling apart.

Pathetic!! The staff who took the order made us wait for 2 hours. He served the starter and then it took again another 1 hours to serve the main course. Meanwhile he sent most of the customers who came for dining, giving some lame excuses. He was not even responding to us when we call him to give orders. No proper parking facility. Most of the dishes are not even there. Go at your own risk

Really nice roast lamb. Pricey but worth it!

While there was a wait here.. the manager on the restaurant was courteous and helpful. Couple of his recommded dishes were great. Daal makhani surely was the best pick. They can help guests with more tissues.

The food was really good for the price. The staff were courteous and the ambience was fantastic. Theres an old car at the entrance but youre allowed to look but not touch or sit in.

Really great hotel for having quick food as well as good dinner, had chicken smoked noodles and in starters some chicken dish, only negative point was preparing order was taking hell of a time.

Had a great late lunch here with my family. Our bearer, Yameen was really friendly, helpful and gave us awesome service. Food was good. Ambience is nice. Menu has quite a bit of variety.

Was looking around Ooty for a quiet family lunch. Clifftop has the right ambiance, great food & very good service. We tried a variety of dishes from the Oriental to Indian sections - everything was brilliant. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for fine dining that’s not pricey.

Overall good experience, helpful staff. Limitations on food choices due to Covid.

Had visited for dinner buffet( they serve ala carte too). Not the best but most of the dishes tasted good.Please work on adding more options in buffet.Place is hygiene and staff is courteous.very limited parking space. Have to park in road if not available.

A very good upscale diner place. Only flaw it has is that, it doesnt serve liquor. For a valid reason they say is because they dont have the space. But the 4 rating is for, the serving is not good. They slip and miss. Not just for me I observed on a couple of tables and I saw the serving was not down in the etiquette manner.

The food here is very good. Not necessarily very authentic but great to taste. Desserts are the best, specially their white chocolate brownie, it is heavenly. The ambiance is simple but nice. A good place to go for a special dinner if you are in ooty.

Loved the food. Good place to eat in Ooty(nearby charring cross). Corteous and generous people.Just posting one of the food items.But others like herby fish finger, tempura prawns, mixed fried rice, roomali roti, chicken tikka masala, lassi and several items ordered. And all of them were delicious. Capacity is well enough. But food takes 20mins to prepare and serve(worth waiting).Worth the time and money.

Tasty food. Its a starred hotel, so expect the bill to be high, yet reasonable with the quality of food they serve. Their spicy noodles and crispy butter naan is worth trying.

The best option for stay and food I found so far in Ooty. Had visited a couple nearby ones but the experience was really bad. Even they baked a birthday cake on request! Has parking facility also. I should also mention abt the waiting staff here, they were really friendly and greated us with a smile!

Very differential treatment. We ordered at 12.45 pm and did not get the order until 1.27 pm as I am typing this feedback.A group of official dressed guests came in around 1 pm and their order has already come to the table 10 minutes back.This is very very disappointing for a hotel where guests treated based on their titles or dress code.
