Away from crowd on Mysore road..parking also no issues..Budget Rooms are ok if you opt only for a sleep..Budget Room was not Sound proof people speaking from outside and walkways can be easily heard..Hot water from morning 7 to 9 only..There was no chair or table in budget rooms..Ok for a Rate between 1000 ₹ to 1350 ₹ .Good polite staffs..Nice restaurant (. Ammas Kitchen)Veg and N.Veg near by ..walkable distance..Hotel service available from morning to late 10.30 sometimes 11 pm also..If u like my review hit 👍

Totally disappointed, i was booked deluxe room with balcony. and i mentioned in booking memo also. paid advance amt as they required rs 500/-, but while we reach this property they said no balcony room available. and if u want take this room ( low class room without balcony ) other wise cash will refund now . it was totally mis management and argent behavior.. there was no parking place, we parked my car near by road. and early morning hotel staff called me to change car, due to some one request. i cant enjoy my sleeping also...and property not cleaned. room with very bad smell.. and not provided drinking water also..

We stayed for a night in this hotel, and had the most terrible experience of staying in a hotel in ooty. The hotel looks all neat and cozy from outside, but from inside it feels like a under-constructed building; as though to maximize the profit, the owner decided to join two adjacent houses to make the hotel. We had booked a room for 3 people and when we checked in, we were provided with a tiny room, not fit even for a single person to walk around comfortably. When we inquired about this, we were told that all the rooms were the same. They provided us with an extra mattress, which we had no idea where to put as the room was very very small. The blankets provided were torn and smelly, the bed sheets had stain, there was just a bed and a mirror... no tables or chairs, more so because there was no space for them anyway. The basin in the bathroom was cracked and no mirror in bathroom either...the room lacked all the basic amenities.To top it all, the night we stayed, there was power cut due to heavy rain and we had to stay the whole evening and night without power, in complete darkness, because this hotel doesnt even have a backup generator !! They didnt even the courtesy to provide us with candles; we had to use our mobile flash for everything. The staff at the reception look least interested at helping the guests. They do no have any restaurant of their own but there quite a few options available nearby. I literally heaved a sigh of relief on leaving the hotel premises. Never staying here again !

Excellent hotel. Staff were courteous and helpful. No restaurant but they offer room service. Also many restaurants available close by. Rooms were clean and neat. Biggest plus is they offer unlimited complimentary wifi and speed is also good. overall excellent stay. I recommend to all

Not for family or couples. This hotel is strictly for boozing bachelors. This is not worth for the money. No cleanliness. Bed sheet and pillow stinks. No hot water. No enough parking, have to park by roadside. Not courteous staffs. Your leisure sleep will be disturbed by 7 am to inform you that hot water is only available for 1 hr. They would literally break the door to inform you about the hot water. I would recommend you to book some good hotels for this price if you want to really enjoy your trip.

There were no dustbins, no cupboards, no internel phones, no parking, no WiFi, no hot water, No chairs inside rooms, No room services, No clean bed spreads. Apart from that everything is cool!!!! Best place to stay if you have no other way to go and if you are ready to spend 2000₹ for 9x9 size room. Enjoy Ur stay hear with harsh receptionist who always tells u to talk with owner if we raise any concern about the rooms. Please dont expect the rooms you saw in there websites or other websites. U will be disappointed if u visit there with over expectation.

Fine stay for couples, but you will get the hot water only from the common Pipe.And also you will not get the Good Food from the Nearby Place.

Very dirty rooms looks like slum. window glasses are broken.. Doesnt suite for families... Worst hotel... We checked in and after looking at the room condition we check out immediately in one hour.. there is no zero rating option so am giving one star.

Visited in April 17.Room quality is ok but not properly cleaned.Worst part is servicing... no towels, no soaps, no water, no intercom, no restaurant inside hotel, stiff stairs (difficult for seniors), limited room service. For anything you need to go to the reception and request. They charged Rs 1500 double bed room for this.Please dont book rooms here unless you have no options.

Hotel is good we stayed for 2days. Owner was very friendly.Only one thing was hot water ll not be available 24/7.

Very unsupportive staff. They are technology paralyzed. Even I have shown them booked ticket but they told booking confirmation is not received.

Worst service. Room was clean but nothing in side the room like Telecom, menu or even hot water. When we asked for the hot water they told us to waste 5-6 water bucket, thereafter hot water will come. Another thing asked towel and shop also but they gave us in the morning with multiple calls.Please avoid this hotel, because of pathetic service and distance from the city center.

Not at good place to stay. Facility are below average. Request to other customers not to book this hotel and if you happened due to any undue even never book through online.

If you are staying in this lodge, then you are doing the biggest mistake of your life and will end up hating Ooty. Staff is very arrogant and even the manager and owner also. They do no have towels for next day and will tell you to adjust with old one and the fresh towels are equivalent to MOB being used for floor cleaning Bed sheets and blanket are not clean and they dont even change it everyday and if you ask them to change then they come up with there same answer ADJUST SIR Room is full of flies in the night. Most importantly it is on the Ooty - Mysore highway, The road traffic wont allow you to sleep whole night. while check-in we asked Owner / manager about traffic and he simply said that this road will be closed at 9:00 PM which didnt happen. Frankly Friends - DO NO ENTER INTO S R RESIDENCY ( NOT EVEN IN EMERGENCY).

I have booked in clear trip on 30th nov 2016. No restaurant, no parking and even they have not given water that i have asked. As per clear trip they need to give one mineral water, but they have not given even after i have asked the same. No bed sheet, only blanket they had given. I think once in a year this blanket they were cleaning. Extra bed and bed spread is horrible.Rajesh H.R.

I booked a Standard Double Room. The room was very small and the bed covers were stained. I had to ask the staff to replace it. Overall an average stay.

Worst hotel in ooty.we are booked this hotel 2 months earlier with full payment through make my trip.and we confirmed this from hotel also but at the time of checking they denied to give room.after police interference we got our accommodation.we have to wait for 5 hours with family and luggage.

FRAUD HOTEL, do not believe this cheap and idiotic hotel, people in reception here are very rude and arrogant in case if you ask or tell small concerns, they are slum people, and also they try to cheat you with bill payments, if you argue with them, they will abuse you in bad words, believe me, please do not choose this hotel ever seeing cheap budget, you suffer a lot, more over rooms also not good, no hot water, no hygiene, ...no seats in reception, no parking for car.
