Very very worst customer service. Two persons are in the shop, both never bother about customer. I went to this shop three times. All the times no response. Anything ask say not available. Just left the customer to see and go.worst sales man. Not willing to show other models and size. I saw all the customers get fed-up with their services. Very limited collection

Just entered this shop yesterday..for purchase..the guality of the shoes was good.but the service is very worst ever I never found..when we finish to pick our things me n my friend went to the counter to paid the bill..near that guy who was in counter there somany paper back so I ask him politely to give me one bag he said no n even I tell him Im ready to pay for the bag also hes not agreeI tell him at least we buy 2pairs of shoes should get 2bagsBut the shocked answer he give meThat if we buy 5pairs of shoes also they will wrapped in news paper n give us.Try to improve your customer service weather for local or tourist..

This place is having very bad sales men. They forcefully sell products which are not necessary. I recently went for purchasing a shoe for my son the size is No1. It was not there. The sales men told 2 is available and it will fit your son for sure. I got the shoe and came home and found the shoe loose. Next day I went to the bata showroom asking my money back. The did not give the money back neither the correct size.

Quality has degraded a lot now. Look for hush puppies, they are still better compared to parent brand
