The prices are bit in the higher but the hospitality is at par. They have live music in the evening. Super enjoyable scenes. However the rooms are big small but works. All in all good experience.

Extremely happy about the hygenically and neatly maintained property. But service support is lacking due to less manpower in this covid scenario. Enjoyed staying!!

Its a superb place in ooty with more than 3 star features. covid protocol, amenities, restaurant and bar. All staff members are pleasant and helpful. quick check in/out process. 24 hrs hot water shower is absolutely superb unlike in many other 3 star rated hotels. Generous supply of toiletries and kitchenette is appreciated.Overall excellent stay and food for the cost of stay. Interior furniture are all strong and bed side lamps though antique looks good. Fortune will be of our main choice in ooty in future.Well equipped 3 star rated hotel in the middle of ooty at this rate is appreciated. liked the Sullivan lawn, sprawling tabletop grass lawn for early morning walkers like me without missing my daily routine. nice experience in early morning mild sunshine with cool breeze at 11C to walk.Only deficiency though minor could be rectified. replace old carrot board with Premium brand stuff in the activity room to keep up ITC brand. otherwise everything is perfect for 3 nights stay.

In one word if I have to describe I would say SUPERB. I was overwhelmed with their hospitality. For Covid they are following all the safety measures, rooms were neat and clean, room service is great, food is also good. Breakfast buffet was very interesting, you will find all the variety in their food. They also have a live casio player in the evening which gives you an additional peace. Is a must stay place.... In my next visit to Ooty.......I am definitely coming back to you guys. Thanks a lot for making my stay so comfortable and great.

Awesome Hill top view around resort and from room. Resort is located near to city center. Place has recreational activities like games for adults and children, camp fire, best breakfast and fully sanitized. Near to places like Rose Garden(500m) , Botanical Garden and Tibetan market ( 1.7 km)

Recently stayed 2 nights at Fortune Resort with my family.. Property is really old compared to ITC standards, but rooms are clean and functional..but no bathroom amenities but water temperature and shower are superb.Restaurant dining and room service are exorbitantly priced, butter chicken was priced 650 Rupees..and breakfast buffet wasnt a good spread.. but whatever in the buffet was really tasty..but the Captain, Chef and waiters was really attentive and pleasant..The plus point of the Resort was the professional and friendliness attitude of the staff from the Reception to the Security guards will really please you.

Without a doubt it’s one of the finest and perfect place to enjoy a vacation, close vicinity from the Rose Garden and Market area.And then ITC’s impeccable service, no one welcomes you better than a ITC.In the COVID times, they have made all the necessary changes ryt from the entrance till the room....I would definitely suggest everyone to visit this property if in Ooty.

Room amenities was sufficient.10. Room Ambience was great.11. Children play area.Dislikes:1.The internet connection (wifi) was down most of the days. Particularly last 3days of our stay.2.In the midnights, we could hear people walking down the corridor, speaking mobile phones aloud. Which made us feel lack of privacy, even inside the room with doors closed. Hence room sound insulation should be improved.3.House keeping staffs at times forgot certain things like changing the commode mats, face towels.etc4.Delay in room services.(at times)

Had been to this resort for lunch but the food was not good! Ordered chicken pasta and the pasta came out under cooked and hard. Biriyani ordered was sticky.

The right place to stay, if youre out for a holiday in Ooty. The place provides snooker, quad bikes and other activities for in-house fun and also has the best bar stock in town.

Awesome hotel with fantaboulos rooms. Hospitality is top notch. Needs improvement and maintenance of infrastructure. In room service menu and quality of food needs thorough improvement. Complimentary breakfast is just awesome. Club house facilities need to be improved. Pricing and amenities provided definitely not in correlation. Please maintain the hotel. Its beautiful but need maintainance like everything else.

We booked the hotel for standard room 2 nights below was what I faced:1st day the room bed was not comfortable so we changed the room.the internet was not working both the days.There was a strange noise at 3 am.The locker was broken.Tv had no hindi channel.The amenities was of no use as pool table room was too small to playCarrom was brokenNo proper tt batsHowever the breakfast was nice. And staff was cooperative.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay in Fortune Resort Sullivan Court, Ooty, for 3 nights from May 31st to June 3rd. Booked 4 rooms. Even the basic category room was awesome, and spacious too.The most important aspect which we enjoyed here was Hospitality, which was at its best. Especially, Mr. Ganesh Kumar, Manager for Reservations, did an excellent job, taking care of our 4 families, right from helping us in reserving the rooms, then during the stay, till our check out time.All the staffs in the resort were kind, professional in their avenue, helpful and very caring.Food was really good.Have plenty of parking space inside the property.Location is awesome, just next to the rose garden.Our kids really had a great time playing in the garden, indoor games, and even cricket inside.There is also jogging track inside the resort for people who do daily exercise and fitness center is also nice.Overall it was a fantastic and memorable stay.We strongly recommend Fortune Resort Sullivan Court for others also to experience the same memorable stay.

Fortune Sullivan Court has been best in all efforts. Its located at the center point (exact opposite to Rose Garden). They are Gracious and Super Welcoming Hosts. They made the most superb attention to ensure that we were at home. What you see in the hotel photos is exactly what you get. They have a kids play area, bbq zone, joggers track plus a horse is available for rides in the morning. If there is a visit to Ooty ever again we will be staying at Fortune Sullivan Court. There was a small toy forgotten by my son while checking out and the hotel staff informed us during their room lookup.

We stayed at Fortune Sullivan Ooty during new years.The resort gives the vibes of an old british home.The lobby is very warm and cozy.The rooms were very well maintained, clean and sanitized.Suites are pretty big having a living room, dining area and bedroom and bathroom has a bathtub. Standard rooms are similar but smaller.Two restaurants are there one is Pavilion and other is Selbournes bar.The food is good, a bit on the higher size but portion wise good. Breakfast menu is huge.The bar has a very european touch and very cozy. They serve all types of liquor.Staff is very courteous and helpful. They take care of everything you need.They have TT, snooker, carrom, chess and some other games too.All COVID 19 protocols are followed very strictly, handwash at entrance, sanitizers at regular intervals, sanitization of car tyres.Would definitely recommend Fortune Sullivan county for a wonderful and memorable stay.

We have been doing our events here for past 5 years. Very time we are so surprised with their support. Awesome front desk, Cool headed managers, understandable and accepting Chef. many have changed, but the quality of the service remain same.

Worst food, worst customer service, very rude response

It is a lovely hotel. We had booked a standard room since we were going to be out most of the day for sight seeing,the rooms were clean and spacious.We had celebrated 31st here,it was an amazing party unlimited drinks, starters,wide spread buffet. There were different games organised.We couldnt stop dancing till 1 am ,the DJ was so good!Must mention the staff is extremely humble.delicious foodrooms were clean and spacious
