I have been a customer at this petrol bunk for the last 10 years. Their service is good and the place is always neat. The staff are friendly and have known them for many year. I also am regular visitor to the In and Out Store, convenient and so many items available in one place.

Please be careful when u fill fuel from this pump as they tend to cheat their customers by filling for less amount. I asked them to fill for Rs 500. They stopped filling at Rs.100 saying that they heard as Rs 100. And when i said its Rs 500, the guy without resetting old reading continued to fill and stopped at Rs 400. He said that he have filled Rs 100 earlier and then for Rs 400. Such a cunning fellows!! I was saved as i was watching them closely as they were filling and earlier a friend of informed me about such cheating in pumps! Careful people! And any locals please inform police!!

This is a 24-hour service bunk, with a department store attached. There is also free air facility and a separate person for tyre service, punctures.It is a landmark in Ooty and I have known the staff for many years now. Always good service and quality fuel.

I went to this bunk last week, it is a good place with a shopping store attached. People here are friendly and giving good service. Me able to get tyres checked, fill petrol, buy things for the road, snacks for my daughter and wife - do all this in one location. Away from the main part of town, so it is easy access and less commotion. Everytime I go to Ooty I go here to fill up and to the shop.

For outstation vechiles if you have paid through card they charge 50/- extra. I dont use this pump anymore..Mine is a KA vechile but they dont know I am local.

In my experience, you have unknowingly turned your attention to the scandal committed by your employees.When I left for the last vacation, I went to the pump and asked for a thousand rupees of petrol.
