Beautiful but can be maintained well. At a very scenic hill. Will be filled in clouds. Affordable stay. Breakfast at Tiffanys is good. No regrets. Post pandemic, things were a lil poor in terms of maintenance. Friendly staff. Deserves 5/5.

I heard so much of this property and decided to stay a day here. After reading all those positive reviews in google. I booked room for 4267rs in agoda and this what we got. I couldnt contact agoda or i couldnt cancel the booking. So slept the whole night in my car as it was late i couldnt find any other property nearby. Thank you for making a wonderful memory willow hill ooty and heard this is ur premium room over there. Smelly - uncleaned bathrooms and blankets were full of hairs. Im giving this single star cos couldnt write my reviews without it.

Garden view rooms are good here. You get your own private balcony. Staffs are very polite. If your looking for calm stay go for this place. It’s near kings cliff.The complimentary breakfast was good too...!!!

Spacious and Lavish wood house style rooms... Hot water was available throughout the stay...Their chicken 65 was fantastic!They have a wide range of flower and plant garden and a parking space. ❤️Its the little things that matters and they did it right.Azhar was very humble and polite 🤗 Great hospitality... 🎊🌻

Was a superb place sometime back. But when I visited recently, found it dirty with no maintenance..

I booked this hotel for my trip to Ooty 30Apr2020 to 03May2020 through mytripvacations.com. But due to Covid19 travel restrictions this trip didnt happened. I gave a hint to mytripvacations in March2020 about tentative cancellation due to rising covid19 cases and nation wide lockdown imposed. Now when I am demanding refund for this cancelled hotel stay they are giving excuses that hotel is not refunding. How much more I need to wait for refund. Its already 4 months passed? Even individuals also need money during pandemic to survive. I chose this channel to convey my message as last resort. Your immediate and positive action will be appreciated. Thank you!

Calm and satisfied visit. Not problems in service. The restaurant inside serves very tasty food. A small lawn and play are available but cant spend time at night as there are no lights. Enough car parking space. Cost is comparable to a resort but it is only a homestay not like a resort with play areas or outdoor games. Overall a satisfied visit.

Good place.. Good clean rooms, good hotel staff. Garden with chairs to sit in the evening. Wooden flooring which keeps warm in colds. Great ambience

Really nice hotel and staff. They need to take care of hot water. It is really a mess. Hotel is old and tabs do not close properly. Food was awesome. Electric kettle should also be there. Overall nice place. Probably would rate 3.5. but that option isnt there.

Sad place. Came for dinner at the restaurant. Indian menu primarily. Food not that great. Decided against ordering main course after having the starters. Were attracted by the reviews... Disappointed however.

This is a review for their restaurant: Tiffanys. We had breakfast here; the food was average and didnt justify the price, in my opinion. The service was also on the slow side. However, the location is good as its away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If youre looking for breakfast options in Ooty, look elsewhere.

One of the best places I have stayed . The place was good.the food was good. The staff was helpful. The check in process took some and theres no wifi there time but apart from that no cons. I went here with family and the stay was so nice

We had lunch at the Tiffanys. The restaurant is quaint and situated inside their hotel building. The ambience is great. The garden outside is well manicured.The service is quick and polite. However the sheets and area could be cleaner. We had a plate of chilly fish, 2 masala omlettes, a tomato soup and a mushroom soup. The chilly fish was good. Omelettes were standard. We felt the soups were made of ready made packets. They were towards the creamier side.

I stayed at this place for two nights. I was excited to be here when I saw the pictures on the internet. But unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. When I reached the hotel and the room I booked was not clean. The sheets were dirty and the pillows were also dirty. Looks like they did not change once the previous guests left the room. However the staff was kind enough to change after we complained. But it was disappointing to experience this for the price I paid for this place.

Quaint little restaurant if you really like to run away from the bustling commercial Street cafes and want to connect your self to a quiet place on the hills. Standard food menu , try their pokoras , flask tea ,coffee and lunch items. 1km from the the busy hillbunk junction

Everything is great about this place, the view, the food, great nature of staff. Almost 2kms from ooty main market. if you need anything the staff will give there best to arrange them. A pleasant place to stay.
