Below par service....but products are Worthy to buy!Another typical Ownerless public utility of India. The outlet at such a pricy Ooty location is at a pathetic condition. Obviously the Chairman of the Milk Society is clueless of the gold mine that he is chairing!First thing, the building is neither cleaned nor painted.Second... The parking area cannot be reached by tourists cars due to a huge, giant size, meaningless speed- breaker at the entry.Third, the employee at sales counter does not give a bill or accept payment other than cash.Third... Milk shake dated 3 month old is still at the sales! ( the where is it being made???)

Aavin junction - The staffs behaviour is very rude. On Sundays, they employ one person in-charge of the whole place and the incharge will make sure no one ever comes back to the shop again. No proper response to any requests and very arrogant behaviour

Opposite to this there is a kerala hotel. Good food.

Dont drive inside. The car running board will take a hit. Not much to buy here

Avin is best brand of icecream and dairy products. i halted here while going to ooty. products are good and service was also good.

Paalgova is good here.. one of the best in town

Good for tea and coffee with spacious car parky area.

Good south indian breakfast served here very modest place and pocket friendly

Easily accessible. Can be noticied from traffic.

Milk which they serve is too good

Neither good or bad. You can buy ice creams from here. Only a couple of flavors available. Staff is not that friendly.
