Nice and friendly staff. Clean place. Beautiful garden. But rooms are very old styled and cold. They have water geyser and tv.

We came for a vacation holiday this cottage is awesome and rooms are clean & neat. They are providing campfire too. Which makes us feel good at evening. This would be best if you visit with ur friends or with kids too.

Its a great decently priced place. You wouldnt find a property like this in Ooty at this rate. Staff is very helpful and good to talk to. Rooms are old, Victorian era kind old but they have their own charm and story around it.

This place is truly awesome! Just imagine, a resort in the heart of Ooty, spread over a few acres! All the greenery, bright coloured flowers, the scent of pine in the air, and, on your hands - if you just twist a few leaves and brush your palms with them. Mainly staffed by some wonderful, respectful, smiling and, VERY hardworking ladies, the Service is impeccable, even though it involves a lot of walking up and down steep slopes, for them. And I have never seen them even slightly breathless. Hot Water on call, good food, a well-stocked library, ample Walking Space, and a very elegant Chappel. The Tariff is also very reasonable, which is the icing on the cake! Single Room with a washroom almost as big as the room, for Rs. 800/- And, all the rooms have individual geysers, which, for this tariff, is rare in Ooty.

A beautiful place to stay with various room types to choose from. From small cottage to big family rooms. Its the way it is been maintained in a old fashioned manner that makes it special. Flowery garden, tiled roofed cottages, a small chapel and a restaurant. Its more of a guest house. If u r not particular about ultra modern facilities then do try this place

Convenient location. Next to race course. The room we stayed in had a living room, bedroom and a bathroom. All very spacious. It could easily accommodate 5 of us (we were a cycling team)

We stayed 2 days at upper cottage for 11K. Staff service was good. Rooms give classic feel and clean. But worst was 1. Always getting Muddy brown water in bathroom, no solution for it you have to bath or use the same for any non drinking purpose.2. Food quality, My God , its way below than any standards of even street food. Believe me it was cockroach in veg gravy !! I use to read these type of reviews earlier but first time faced this thing. Only thing is Property is huge with garden and climate go

Worst place.. the room fare was decent but not cheap. Stayed at the upper cottage 6000/ and deluxe rooms 1800/. The rooms are clean but too old. Heater works only between 6 to 10 am. That too pathetic. Arrogant staffs. There are much better options in ooty. This should only be the last option while booking a room in ooty.

Cute, the rooms on the ground floor are then wet. No gargoyle in the bathroom. This renovated place would have enormous potential.

The dormitory went to the Internet for 100 rupees per night, so I drove the carrier hard. Im going to go without a bream.
