Worst ever cottage! Staff is extremely arrogant. Dont ever book this cottage. Youll end up spoiling your holiday.

Good cottage with clean room la. But heater facility is worst here. The view from this cottage is awesome you will have great scenarios from here. Its near to the Ooty busstand. Cottage having limited rooms but they are good for the price . We can see horse race from here

Good place to stay for youngsters...Good view..Little bit inner to the city ..If u have car u can manage ..

The cottage is decent I would say though I had to pay a high price since it was peak time and all hotels were booked. The service is not professional and the quality of food served is pathetic. I rather chose to dine outside after tasting their meal. The view from some of the rooms is great. I happened to check in to multiple rooms :)

Hot water was available only for few mins in a day.Cleanliness must be taken care.No shops nearby, need to order food via swiggy only.Reception manager was not friendly incase of vacating time.

Nice place for quick stay.good room.Bathrooms are not maintained well.We have ordered food ,but worth for the price.The old people will strangle to reach room , rooms are placed 1st floor.Narrow steps.Lake of parking spaces.

One of d worst cottage n ooty & never ever recommend anyone ...restroom s very pathetic & building s too old....its too interior from city... Cant evn imagine dat building...worst behaviour from staff side...

The worst service ever. We had been to Ooty on May 1st 2017 and had booked 2 rooms in Vishnu Cottage but the receptionist on arrival said that only one room is booked as per our booking which was an error from their side. We had no other rooms available in Ooty to stay on that night and 2 of us had to sleep in the zoomcar just because their mistake. This is at an isolated location and is not a safe place for any women to roam around. We fortunately got a hotel nearby to Ooty busstand the very next day.

Provided nonveg food when ordered veg food. Trip can be ruined if you choose to stay with them, mine was ruined.
