Nice rooms.. Had family trip to ootty and stayed @Vasantham palace.. Good location..car parking is lil tough but its Close to main roads.. Helping staff, overall good experience.. Worth recommended to friends and family..

Worst hotel. Toilet doesnt have proper flush. No facility for hot water. Unprofessional staff. Do not waste money.
