Rooms are spacious with adequate lighting but as any other hill station, doesnt have fans or ac. View of the holiday home is awesome. only con Restaurant not available at the holiday home which makes it difficult to order food or tea 🍵 etc.

Rooms are good n clean but toiletries, hot water kettle, tea coffee sachets, water bottle, mosquito repellent are not provided here and only towel n soap is provided. Bed is also queen size and very difficult to adjust family with 2 childrens. The location is also outskirt of main city and hence no nearby shops or resturant or tea coffee shops. Here there is no kitchen in this. All orders here came from darshan hotel which is veg resturant and very costly.

We had taken 4 rooms and none of these room were properly maintained. There were issues with the television , geysers and many such problems. The room servicing and cleanliness was poorly maintained. The tea provided was horrible. The attitude of the staffs is unfriendly and arrogant. Its just that the rooms look good and have good lighting , but there were flies and mosquitoes inside the room. This building still seems as it is under construction. The staff is hardly available to the customers. There is no proper place allotted for parking and we have to park outside. Most interestingly there was No toilet seat and was highly unhygienic. Try your luck if you still wanna choose this.

Good property but low maintenance. Example heater..they were struggling to fix mine. Had to take bath in cold December winter. Rate is expensive for such a serviceI say keep it as last option if you dont get anything else for your weekend.

It suited our needs. It’s a very decent hotel with basic amenities, don’t expect anything fancy. Clean sheets, clean room, clean toilets, surprisingly Jaguar fittings, hot water all day, unique sitting bench can serve as a bed as well. Parking is inside and outside. Best part is many rooms in ground floor itself so you don’t have to climb or walk and steep way.Reception area is a large open area kids were having good time.It’s very close to the lake and all other key areas. Swiggy is just a call away so you can order any food.Con is they don’t serve tea until 8 am, some may find this irritable.

Located at very much good location, just nearby to the Ooty Lake.. There is a short cut towards ooty lake by which you can go to the lake within 2minutes..Staffs are very much friendly, cooperative..There are some good view also from the balcony.. The only thing they lack is a restaurant... otherwise Im pleased...

Located around 2-2.5 km from market... Near to Ooty Boat House... They do not have own Restaurant at the hotel but they can arrange food from their other Hotel located near by.

Such a nice resort 💫 felt great staying here for 2 days. Only thing that wasnt available is heater facility in the rooms. In December season it was difficult to stay inside the room without heating facility. Please note this.
