Not even single dish is not good taste We ate for 2321 Rs

I had food here along with my family while returning from the Doddabetta peak to our hotel in Ooty. They have good staff. The food was really tasty and we liked it. Not expensive, the price was reasonable when compared to other places in Ooty. It had some flower pots outside and took some photos. Liked the restaurant and would definitely recommend to others.

Really good hospitality.. But they need more manpower to look after guest at morning buffet time..Food taste really good. No lift facility in lodging is minus.. Rooms are good to stay..

Its how a local restaurant would be with privacy. Limited menu and while sitting at table the kitchen smoke engulfed the dining table area

Food price is costly and the quality of the food provided for the paid price was not satisfactory. Gravy which I ordered was oily . Hotel staff were courteous.

Even though the staff is very helpful and friendly, their service is very slow and tardy. Also, they dont accept any forms of digital payments.

Horrible food...they keep on taking order but after 40mins they will come and tell you that they are unable to serve you the dish...prices are exorbitant in comparison to quality...I wont recommend anyone to visit it.

The food was nice and we did not have to wait too long to get our food. The waiters were courteous and attended to us well. The entire dining experience was nice. Ordered meals and other south Indian foods. They were tasty

There was a mid aged manager waiter who takes order .. he wears a nice coat.. but he shows much attitude.. his hosting was much poor..Then taste - not okay.. not worth for the bucks u give..

Had a terrible time. When we arrived, the restaurant first said all items were available, and then every 15 minutes after ordering an item, they said it wasnt available. This continued for nearly an hour, which ended up with our party of 12 eating fried rice and tomato ketchup for lunch. Poorest service possible

Happened to visit the restaurant, The south indian meals ordered was pretty decent and the quality of service matches a 3 star rating.

Pathetic restaurant no orientation towards customer service. It took more than 1 hour to bring food after ordering. Food was too spicy to the extent that we are suffering from hot boils now. Manager is least bothered towards customer convenience, interested in arguing rather than resolving issues.

Nice place located close to botanical gardens. Food is decent and moderately priced. Service is quick.

Nice place for Chinese n North Indian food

We stopped here for the breakfast buffet. The food is just ok and aprat from idli vada dosa and bread, nothing much on the menu. Sambhar wasnt upto the mark. And waiter shouts when you take Sambhar in soup bowl instead of small bowl. Not worth another trip.

Market is nearby around 150mts7. Wifi is availableCons:1. Rooms are not clean ie dust inside the rooms2. Need to inform house keeping personal to clean the washrooms or they will arrange the bed and leave the room3. Soaps and Dental kit are not replaced need to request the room services for replacement and no laundry bags available at room4. Luke warm water is available 24 hrs but hot water is available at times only5. TV and DTH remote dont function properly6.No scribbling pads and pen provided at room7. You order food from room service, the empty plates are taken back the next day during room cleaning or until you request them to after food.8. Limited parking area for vehicles9. Buffet dinner is available sometime s and if not then ordering food will take you more than 30 mins and serving you the same takes one more 45 mins10. Buffet dinner is on FIFO basis...if you come early you can leave early or need to wait for items once its exhausted11. Rooms are not sound insulated, you can hear people talking in the room corridors12. Poor WiFi network13. Shoe shiner nor polish is available at roomOverall service needs to be improved and amenities need to be provided. Overall is not value for money.AND THIS IS NOT A STAR HOTEL.

Food was good enough so as the service

The price is high for a one night stay at the hotel but the service is good which is what ppl like me are looking for. No discounts are available and the rooms r decent not so hi-fi. The foods ok but if ur a veg then its best to try the veg thali they provide for lunch. If ur a non veg eater then better go for Chinese and in mughal do try the mutton chettinad.

******BEWARE OF THESE CHEATERS*****#####CHEATERS#####Its frustrating once u come to know that the steam rice (just rice) u ate got charged for full meals without any information about the price when u order. Its showing the owner and servers adamant in making cheap money by cheating ppl. They says its charged against basmati rice. But what they gave was very normal rice and when we went to talk to the manager (person who was mum when we were talking about this with the servent) he didnt even say a sorry for keeping the menu card this way and no courtesy at all in his way of speach. I love ooty without these kind of blood suckers...
