Pizza Hut Ongole... Really hurted... Ordered 2 pizzas, 1garlic bread, 1 cheese garlic bread 2 pet bottles...Pizzas are seems not fresh.... They just made them hot and served. Out of 2 pet bottles one is seal opened.....and cheese garlic bread improper packing worst feeling.... Cheese is giving sour taste. Completely wasted food. After purchasing preparing for the name sake... Delivered and kept in dust bin. Really how much waste..... Time, money, customer goodwill, delivery boy energy, and etc.,Really worst....

I frequently visit Pizza Hut, Ongole because the pizzas are decent. Not great but not bad either. The staff is very hospitable. Overall, its an okay place.

Its located at the entrance of Ravi Priya Mall and has limited seating not more than 15 members as the space is too small. Ambience is just ok for such small place.You can find menu cards easily near the bill counter and order ahead. This place delivers and Takeaway is available too..

I went continuously 2days and ordered 4 different types of pizzas, taste less except tandoori panner pizza .....Well Good StaffHeavy Price on # WATER BOTTLE....Which values 20₹ outside if you go with GST too it will be around 25₹ Not more then that ......you people was charging 50₹ for normal Aqua Fine Water bottle ...This is too much.......(check in the below bill)All the best

Pizza Hut was located in very clean area with descent parking facility. Staff was good well responsive. Nice place to have some foody time

Had a worst experience at this place. Ive placed a takeaway order and went to the place to collect my order. The staff argued that they did not receive the order even though I showed in my mobile that order has been placed successfully, so they hadnt made.I had placed the order there and before placing the order Ive asked the waitress if there was a 1+1 offer which it showed on the takeaway site. She said yes and prepared my order. At the time of Billing she asked for 975/- which was supposed to cost 595 as per the takeaway cost. People there dont even have the manners when mistake is on their side. They completely waste 1 hour of my time and travel charges.Service and communication is very poor.

In Guntur there are 8.5 Lakhs population but no branch of Pizza Hut is there. Even smaller towns of guntur are having Pizza hut branches. What is your strategy I am not able to understand? Please make efforts to open in guntur as early as possible.

For the very first time I ordered from pizza hut bought one veg pizza and one non veg totally disappointed with the quality.Ordered directly from the app still not at all satisfactiory. Got cold pizza taste totally poor not at all cheesy not at all worth price that we brought for not at all given ketchup dont know why they are this worse in ongole selling better close the store plz

This place has become my most favorite spot in ongole for pizza. I have ordered from here online 5-6 times so far. Every time, it exceeded far beyond my expectations. The staff were always very polite and helpful over the phone. Prices are quite reasonable for the quality. Taste is amazingly delicious. I am really impressed how they are maintaining the standards on par with pizza huts in other big cities. Very happy that ongole town finally got its fair share of delicious pizzas. We dont have to go to other cities to enjoy pizza. Keep up the good work guys!

I ate 2 or 3 pizzas here and I love the taste. Looking forward to taste more different types of pizzas. Taste is no different than what available in other bigger cities. I highly recommend this place and this is the real place for having a delicious pizza. You can also order in Swiggy or Zomato.

I have ordered pizza over phone on 26/1/19 . The way the person over phone responded was insulting. I am neither a chef nor in food delivery field so I had little knowledge about kind of pizzas available at Ongole.the way he explained was like as if it was first time I am ordering pizza .regarding the taste it’s not like the way it was in metros .
