Travelled from Vijayawada to Bangalore in a Volvo sleeper coach. They interior, sleeping arrangements,cl an pillow and blanket,clean floor, complimentary water,personal thc screen, courteous staff..and on time departure and arrival at destination. i thoroughly enjoyed my trip. Only probelm was the rest stop in between. They should plan a rest stop since it was a 12+ hours journey hence a stop from beverages and refreshments will help the travellers in a better way.

Best travels I have seen in 8 years.. almost every time bus reaches on time. Staff behaviour is also very good.

Kaveri Tours and Travels offers best service in Ongole . Kaveri is the only goodwill travels in Ongole .Buses are in good condition but staff communication must be polite and humble.

Like i said there are limited travels in ongole kaveri travels will preferable for its goodwill and if u book NON AC one we have to adjust in the seat because of space between 2 seats..and if we book other than Non-Ac it will be comfartbale in every and they too providing cargo services including bike transport to..

Ideally I would rate unlimited stars for this bus and the drivers. What matters in a journey is not just the pure travel comfort, it is the comfort and timely help that the bus in charge or the drivers provide when in need. My husband was taking this bus from Hyderabad on 22nd Nov 2019 and the bus was to reach chennai around 7 ish on 23rd Nov, but God had other plans for my husband, he suffered a major cardiac attack around early hours and struggling with typical arm, shoulder and sweating apart from chest pain, immediately alerted the co passenger and driver and without a blink, the driver took a U turn and drove 10 kms and admitted him in a hospital at Ongole where he was given an emergency support. Today he is alive because of such beautiful souls . I would like to mention their names Mr Karthik and Mr Aarif, both were at the hospital and intimated us and we had to rush from chennai. It took about 4-5 hours to reach. Mr Karthik around 5ish called and updated that he would start the bus for chennai while Mr Aarif will be there in hospital until we reach and support. Humanity very much exists and I have no words to describe their support. Timely and quick response. May God bless them and their families a long and a healthy life. Till today they have been calling and enquiring about my husbands health. Am sure some customers would have complained about the delayed reach of destination by 3 hours plus but the delay of that was to save a life which is precious.Saviour of my husbands life and they are our God.Kudos to such people and the bus/travel company V Kaveri. This is a private bus agency. It runs number of services to Hyderabad and also to Chennai, Banglore, Mysore, Vijay and Tirupati, Nellore. Their service vehicles are very modern and more comfortable. Good timing punctuality and they are safe also. Their buses are a good alternate travelling vehicles in crowdy days.

Worst service and bad staff.. Ladies please dont prefer Kaveri travels if u are going alone..They will leave after your departure place.

There was no cleaner service. Baggage was taken care by you, driver was doing all the things not supportive. Worst driver behavior.

I regularly travel from Hyd to Nellore and vice versa. In most cases, I choose V kaveri as it is cost efficient with all facilities.

Its not VKaveri travels, its from Kaveri travels and a very old bus. Reached Banglore 2.5hours late than scheduled. No water bottle and blanket is very small, didnt expect this from VKaveri travels. Very disappointed with the service.

Buses, Drivers and Attenders are very nice and friendly. They are very polite.But the branch manager in marathahalli, Bangalore is very rude. So I am giving 1star.I booked 2 berths in volvo multi axle sleeper from Bangalore to Vijayawad. Boarding point was HSR Layout and boarding time 10:45PM. Bus didnt come to HSR Layout. I had to go Marathahlli to catch the bus. I was just enquiring bus driver as to why it didnt come to HSR Layout, the branch manager got involved and he was talking so rudely. I was asking him to be polite but he declined my request and he was rude. Finally he didnt allowed us to board the bus saying this is my area and you can do whatever you want.Finally we had to chase the bus and boarded in KR Puram.@Kaveri Travels Management, Please make sure that the branch managers are polite with passangers and ask them to not to be rude.I have been travelling in Kaveri travels for more than 10 years, I never faced this kind of issue. I have lot of trust in Kaveri but because of this kind of managers trust levels are going down.
