Hello I have booked sweets on 27/09/21,to Sriperumbudur,but they delivered its on 03/10/21,all sweets bite by ratas, damage,I meat Ongole DTdc head office,they told wait for two days,my I lose my sweet cost 3000,plus 600 courier charges,

WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE. 0-star is the apt rating. I always used either bluedart or professional. Only once I used it. The courier packet just moved between the offices and reached its destination awfully late. Instead I sent another courier through bluedart before much later and it reached much earlier. Customer service is another nightmare. So is the on-site staffs response.

Not good, they tell every time different amount for same courier

I was struggled in summer and covid situvation. The delivery boy did mistake: without deliver my assets, they mentioned delivered successful in DTDC portal. Finally I have received after track from my end.

Worst staff. Dont expect a response if your courier is delayed. Called around 6 times in 2 days and obviously no response and finally picked up my call after attempts and disconnected the call in between discussion. Never visit especially ongole elephant tree branch.

No response , careless, worst staff & mainly manager of this branch worst fellow i have seen. He doesnt have any responsibility to customers to provide good service.

It is good but sometimes the speed post will also be delivered too late. I face this issue, it delivered my speed post for 4days from vijayawada to ongole...
