Work is just gud but employees response is not gud

Showroom is good. Worst service.

The sales executives are worst and I have never seen such a sales executive in any showroom. This is one big flaw for the showroom. They are not interested in their job it seems.

Worst dealer. Sales person is not customer friendly. In my case, Id gone to showroom to buy suzuki access 125. They insisted me to buy all accessories and helmet which was very poor in quality. Why should I pay 1200/- for bad quality helmet? I said I would buy helmet outside and give you invoice with gst details but that sales guy was very rude and he said they would not give the bike without helmet.They are stealing money from customers in the name of accessories and you must buy whatever they quoted/listed.They are charging extra 2% for the card transactions.Ive observed from other reviews that service after sales is also not good and charging extra amount from customers.Suzuki should really consider these complaints.Finally, if you are ok to lose your hard earning money to buy unnecessary accessories and ok to get stolen money from you, this is your place to go!!!

Worst management system , once the new vehicle sold the management system and the sales manager is not taken any responsibility .......such a worst showroom in ongole...I buy new access125 in saripudi suzuki in ongole .....the sales manager and the management system is not responding.

One of the worst show room . If you go for 100 rupees work they will loot your whole pocket. Never try to go there better work done by road side mechanics

Attention to customer is okay. Service is not upto its trademark. Charging 1-2% of extra amount if you pay digitally.

Worst service. Wont lift their land line numbers even if u call 100 times. Its been 3.5 months i purchased access 125. No number plate yet. Some showrooms talk nicely atleast till you purchase the bike. But here its always worst...

The showroom is good. You can get the service for the two wheeler and you will get the new two Wheelers as well. The service is also good. So it is recommended

Staff is very cooperative and strictly follow working hours. They remind you for each and every service though servicing cost is high. I went here free time for servicing access scooty and the service is average. This is authorized showroom. Both sales and service available here.
