The chicken biryani was awesome. The cashunuts and gravy was mixed well with rice and chicken pieces,I never expected this type of biryani in Ongole,I visited many times Ongole and I have tasted almost all hotels Biryani like KB, Ramya, Ismayl..Etc...But I was never satisfied with there food,But the first time I have visited sarovar I felt very very happy and satisfied with there serives and this rooms and place is very very hygienic with fully sanitized surroundings,,Thanks for the Best food and best rooms,

It was a great place on my last visit, this time I was disappointed. The host had mistakenly booked a suite for my business visit, my request to downgrade was rejected without consideration. The suite had no hot water, no kettle or tea/ coffee, and the room became damp by morning. Housekeeping poor: room not cleaned daily, had to remind them, no towel, no glass, tea was brought without cups. Request to split bill for 2+3 days was rejected. Not customer friendly. Restaurant food was good and staff was friendly and considerate.

We have booked this hotel for a function and regretted the decision. They gave false promises and failed to provide less than 50% quality in Food, bad room hygiene, hotel is not as luxurious as it seems from outside. Don’t go by google map reviews. I suggest you to visit before you book. They badly need a renovation for the guest rooms.

First of all a place not easily found though its just adjacent to the main road. The place is huge. I have been here 3 times for food. The menu options are large. Taste is decent. Ambience is good. The staff is ok. Rates are reasonable. Huge quantity is given which usually can suffice 3 persons.

Recently booked a room for business associate. A/c didnt work properly. Reception changed the room twice. Restaurant food quality and service is poor when compared with last four years. Even coffee cups looks like from hotel beginning. Drastic changes with degraded maintenance has been observed in last 4 years.

Why I gave a 🌟 rating is because I got embarrassed due to lack of credit card transaction, have to borrow money from my colleagues whom I have taken to celebrate my personal occasion. Curd is soar, seating is spacious, one can spend good amount of time with family and friends spaciously.

I am a frequent visitor to Ongole.I have been staying at HotelSarovar.It is a fine hotel.Courteous service.Indeed homely.

I had lunch there on 7th April. Very delicious food. All dishes are expertly prepared, while keeping authentic local flavour & taste. Reasonably Priced. Its sweating in restaurant, probably AC isnt working well. It took 15 minutes to serve vegetarian thali & 15 minutes to give bill & receive money. These things can be rectified. On the way to Vijayawada, it is an excellent restaurant to dine.

Apparently this is the best hotel in Ongole. However it is too pricey for its facilities. No online booking possible. Breakfast buffet is meagre without much variety and doled out by waiters in small doses. TV in the room is mostly beaming telugu channels and other free channels. They have not subscribed to BBC or CNN even

The complimentary breakfast is ok with 2-3 items in the menu. Tea coffee is also provided. The location of the hotel is difficult to find. Not on the main road. Advantage is that. It is quite outside.

Good and neat maintaining, one function hall capacity of nearly 150 members. Attended a function, it is suitable for small or medium functions. Rest rooms for both and lift facility available. Staff also ok.

It is one of the top rated hotel in ongole according to rooms. Food is good but they will test our patience. Once we ordered for parcel ,they will take more than 20 mins to deliver the food. Service is worst than normal hotels. They were not generous towards the customers. If you ordered idly they will forgot to give sambar like that. Cost is little bit expensive but its worthy.

I stayed in Hotel Sarovar for 2 weeks during my trip to India. It was an absolutely fabulous experience. Whole hotel was very clean, especially liked the fact that the bathrooms were very clean. Excellent room service too and the cashew curry was our favorite!!

Centrally located. Big Hotel, spacious rooms. Barring small hiccups it is a reasonably good hotel in a calm environment. My personal feeling is the room tariff is slightly higher for a place like Ongole.

I visited many times, It is Nice restaurant in Ongole compared to remaining all restaurants. Maintenance is superb as well as service also good. Most of the time i have tried Biryani and Apollo fish, taste is very nice. One of the hygienic restaurant.cost is also not that much higher, the matter is we can get good service.
