The ticket price is good ₹115Picture & sounds quality is too worest 🤬😒 especially sounds like watching TV in HOMEWe also clearly hearing the rain 🌧️😅 sound more than movie sound so please skip🛑

Increased screen size in IMAX format. As of now Sahoo trailer is in full screen, rest of all ads and movies are in scope only. Restrooms are not so good compared to other theatres/multiplexes. Seating comfort and view is good, ambience is good.

Ratna mahal dont have any digital payment system like phonepe ,paytm etc., It only accepts cash. It annoys me.

Theater was good but no sound quality and even 150 rupes seats also very near to screen.. Simple fooling the people because while taking tickets time we dont know screen was how near ..

The theatre is remodeled and the sound system I can rate 9 out of 10. Seating is good but you have to push harder to get lay down in the seat. Snacks and other items prices are intermediate. It was a good experience though.
