This company handles our HOA here in Omaha and just closed on purchasing a townhome. While contractors were painting the entire townhome, I received an email from the HOA telling us that ‘visitors’ were illegally parked in front of our home. This was while I was in my driveway powerwashing my garage. They also referenced them and/or us (the owners) as possible renters and renting is against the HOA’s bylaws. Not a great way to move into a newly (owned) townhome.

Beth is a saint! We love our little home, and it genuinely feels like a home, not some apartment. The scenery is beautiful and I couldnt be happier.

I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company. They are 100% incompetent. They never meet their obligation in my experience.

Do not hire this company. Extremely unprofessional.

Liberty Property Management took over for my apartment building 3 years ago. Overall Id say they are pretty good, they have done alot of work to improve the property such as repaved the parking lot, replaced the roof, etc. It was already a nice place to live to begin with. Their maintenance man is very helpful and timely. My only complaint is that the rent keeps going up every 6 months it seems. Some increase is to be expected but the rate of rent increase over the past couple of years has been a bit steep.

This company took over our homeowners association over a year ago and has been caught multiple times lying to us in regards to funds. They refuse return calls or answer emails. Completely unprofessional. The owner is a real piece of work. During her initial meeting to introduce herself she basically told 90% of the people in association she could care less what they thought and their opinions didnt matter. Very classy...

Lived in a complex managed by liberty property management for 6 years and never saw any of the money I put in do anything.I calculated that the complex was putting in $13,000 to $15,000 a month, or an easy $165,000 a year. And the only thing covered was the water and grass cutting.On top of that, we had to pay yearly special assessment fees that sometimes reached $3000 a unit. Just showing that our $13,000 to $15,000 a month was just going straight into their pockets.

Handles things very unprofessionally within our HOA. They raise dues without any explanations. Frustrating to feel like you are being manipulated and taken advantage of.

Deeply unprofessional. Arguing over me with $400 that they owe me. Not to mention taking my deposit.

Terrible management company!!! They dont answer their phone nor do they call you back. In my opinion, they just collect their fees and not much of anything else. Look around.......Would not even give them one star but I had to in order to post.

Never return emails or phone calls. Just raise prices with not documentation

They will let law enforcement search your property without a warrant.
