I would never come back to this office. No one picks up the phone and the receptionist are rude and not helpful.

Im feeling particularly grateful for my doctor at this location currently. Shes been my primary care doctor since 2010. The location has gotten more popular and quite busy, however reception and the medical staff do a wonderful job of making sure to get you in when need be at the drop of a dime!Reception has to verify insurance basically each time you go in, it doesnt take long, as long as youre prepared with your insurance card! They are all very friendly and helpful. Plus they type SO fast.The nurses, I love. Particularly my doctors nurse. On a particularly busy day, I had a annual check up and was curious to know if they knew my blood type since I had surgery back in 2010. I was more so just curious about it. They didnt have it on file turns out, but she took the time to thoroughly look and gave me advice on how to find out. All while being friendly and understanding, as she always is. Which cannot be easy to do in such a demanding job!! She does the best blood draw Ive ever had. No bruising no misses, she finds the vein immediately the first time.Finally my doctor, Dr. Deanna Edwards. Shes great, listens to my concerns thoroughly, takes time with me to make sure I get taken care of and understand everything, and always asks if I have any other concerns. she even had her team assist when I had trouble getting my insurance to cover a prescription. I love that I can contact her via email when things pop up and I cant exactly afford to pay for an office visit, like getting a script for an x-ray.Plus when procedures are uncomfortable she does a great job of explaining everything, and making small talk to make it less awkward.And I love the patient portal through Methodist!! Super easy to use and find all your information!TL DR Friendly staff, knowledgeable, get you in and take good care of you.

Have been here for YEARS with no issues until my doctor moved. they do not care that that is a traumatizing experience for a patient. dont you dare ask ANY questions or you will get a letter saying NO METHODIST doctors will see you as of 30 days from this letter. SERIOUSLY?? for asking the manager of the clinic a question?? for clarification? i wanted to know why they didnt find a doctor to take over my doctors work? instead they pieced me out to other places for different things. what about my lung doctor who IS METHODIST?? now i cannot see him?? unbelievable.

I love this clinic. The doctors and nurses are so very kind and helpful. By far the best place Ive ever been for medical needs. My doctor took very good care of me. Im so grateful.

The staff is pretty good and respectful. They will treat and diagnose, however, wait time is LONG. If you plan on having an appointment for 30 mins, plan for an hour of waiting and another 40 mins for a doctor to show up. So overall, you will spend 2-3 hours here. I wish they managed their time wiser and made our lives easier!!!

The doctors and nursing staff are very accommodating and work efficiently. Very impressed with this location.

I see Melissa Groff, and she is thorough and listens to me, and wants patients to get well. She is empathetic and I know that when I go to see her, Ill be heard and have a solution.

Have had the worst experience here. The provider did not listen. And when the nurse called me back following a blood panel, she was interpreting some tests as if she were a doctor herself and diagnosing. I informed her of the wrong interpretation and my other medicine was not called into the pharmacy as promised as retaliation I feel. I have since called back twice to get the situation remedied to no avail. They wont even return my phone calls. So much for service.

I have been blessed to find both Dr Dumba and Sebina Dumba. They go above in their care. Their determination shows by the treatment which is tailored specifically for you. I had an extreme sensitivity to a standard meditation for Cholesterol and couldnt take it. After a lot of research the Fish Oil turned out to be the best avenue. The Benifits from stretch across a lot of my issues as I am Disable. What a bonus!! Thank You.

Cancelled my appointment never told me said I had to go elsewhere when I showed up. I even called to confirm. Pretty ridiculous wont be back.

I wish I would of read the reviews before I got there. The wait time was ridiculous. I went to the counter to see what was going on and they said it was because they moved my appointment one hour later. They never even called.
