The Wifi in our home was spotty at best. Friendly PC came out and installed a new router and booster that made our house completely Wifiproficient. They also did PC cleanup work and installed Windows 356 in my PC in my downstairs office. We are completely satisfied with them and the bang for the buck was completely worth it. Hello. I am a tech fan. But my knowledge of computers is pretty poor. I contacted Friendly PC and had the pleasure of speaking with Jared (please forgive if I misspelled). He was extremely “friendly” and helpful during our telephone conversation. I had several questions about pricing and upgrading my current setup. The Google reviews caught my attention. But Jared and his professionalism will have me recommending Friendly PC to others.

After a 4 day nightmare of getting new parts and trying to get them to work together I was at my wits end and desperate for some help. I unsuccessfully called everywhere I could find until I finally got to Friendly PC and Jared picked up the phone. I think he could hear the stress in my voice because within 20mins I was at their front door and he was digging into my PC. Bent pins, incorrect wiring, and even some potential issues I may see in the future were all uncovered and corrected. Within a few hours with Jared my nightmare was over and now Im sitting with this beastly, beautiful rig. These guys are absolutely worth the time and money if youre having issues.

Jared and his team did an amazing job building my PC. he was very helpful with any and every question i had (and i had alot). he advised me on GPU prices and what was a good deal with the short on GPUs right now. when i got my GPU on wed, he had the parts ordered and pc built by thursday for me. very fast and reliable. will return in the future and send my friends to them.

We made the switch to place everything on the cloud and to switch from a variety of different storage devices and storage methods to Office 365 and SharePoint. Rob (the owner) and Dave (the tech guy) did awesome. So many times when you do this migration there ends up being an unforeseen issue. Not with these guys. I bought a desk top computer from them a year ago, including data transfer. The computer, with flash drive, is awesome. They did a great job with the data transfer too. Just shy of 1 year, the power supply died, they replaced it with an upgraded one at no cost while I waited! Awesome service!

Took my HP laptop to Friendly PC with what I thought were a host of problems from power outages to software bugs, but after doing a thorough diagnostic they identified a problem with just my battery. The least expensive fix I could imagine. $35 and no cost for all the work they did checking out my computer, and clearing the way for some updates I was behind on. 5 stars without a doubt!

Friendly computers dont care when you have issues with them.I wanted my computer ungraded. During the quoting process they were friendly and knowledgeable. I decided on a new motherboard, 16 gb DDR4 3200 Corsair Dominator Platinum RAM, a Samsung 512 nvme ssd drive, a new i7 7700 CPU and a new water cooler. Total quote price, $1,423.09. During our discussion I told them my computer was 5 years old and needed cleaning as well. They said there would be no cost since they were replacing so many of the computers components.They special ordered the parts, I waited for the parts to come in, and then made the appointment to have the work done. After doping off my computer, they called me to tell me they saved me $30 by getting the wrong ram. I ordered 3200, but they only had 3000 RAM. I know its not a huge difference but Im paying a lot of money, and have put a lot of thought and research into this build. I was not happy!Then I get a call saying that my case was dirty and had smoke damage (I smoke cigarettes) so if I wanted the computer done that day, I would need to buy a new case, or I could pay another $100 to have it cleaned and wait additional day/days (?) for the work to be done. Even though they said they would clean my 5 year old computer at no charge as part of the new build. I asked why they didnt mention this at the quote process, they said because they dont ask people if they smoke. So if it is not important enough to ask, then why would it be important enough to charge me $100 more? It felt like they were trying to up sell me, after the fact that they didnt have the correct ram that I ordered.When I informed the manager that I would cancel the work order if I was charged for cleaning, he said I could come pick it up.In the end, I told them I was un-happy with the way it was handled. I told them I would be giving them a negative review. The workers response of do what ever you want I dont care was not all that friendly.

Jared is amazing! We gave him an incredible task of compiling a LOT of data & even finding duplicates. He got it all done and was extremely friendly and helpful!!! We purchased a new PC & got exactly what we wanted - so happy we got it from Friendly Computers. Love that there is no ads popping up & no unwanted programs, etc. Overall a wonderful experience - Jared made it easy on us! I highly recommend!!!

All I needed is three standoffs, and he says his minimum charge is $10.00I can buy a box of three hundred assorted standoffs and washers from the internet for $7 and have them delivered to my door. 🤦‍♀️Not only did he not win over a future customer by being reasonable. These guys made me a new work computer, transferred everything from my old one over, set up all my stuff on the new one and had me on my way all in just 1 day. It was awesome. Robert was the sales guy and was very thorough and detailed over what they would be doing. He wasnt pushy at all but he explained very well what I would be getting. Dave was the tech and he was great and walked me through everything when it was ready to be picked up. I am so glad this place was recommended to me because I didnt want to have to do all this on my own, chances are I would have screwed it all up. You should definitely use this place though if you need help with your computer.

They transferred my files from my dead computer to a new computer that Friendly PC built. I plugged in the computer at home and everything worked instantly: my computer was already connected to the internet, my printer was already installed, my browser bookmarks, tool bar, menu bar were exactly the same as my old computer. My computer files are located exactly where they were located on my OLD computer. They added their Team Viewer icon to the Desktop, which will allow Friendly PC to help me remotely, if I need help. Amazing! Thank you!

Even though they had a backlog of work to do and couldn’t diagnose my computer for a few business days, they were willing make time when I brought it in to take out my hard drive and give me the files I needed on a flash drive. First of all, this is my first ever Google Review. I never write them but I made an exception for FriendlyPC. I had the intentions of building a gaming computer, but I had no prior experience. I got it all together and then it would not work. I couldnt find anything online on how to fix it, so I Googled computer repair and FriendlyPC was the first option. I sent them an email letting them know what was going on, and within a few hours I had a reply. I brought my very expensive PC to have it looked at, and they took it apart and figured out what was wrong, then put it back together for me. Very happy with my experience. Seth did a great job and also made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. He called before he did anything that would have cost me money. I will definitely be back if I ever need to upgrade my computer again.
