Meg was a very helpful physical therapist. It’s the back office that’s unorganized and uncommunicating. They charged me in full for services rendered at the apt, and billed my insurance for the same service. This created confusion on their end, and surprise bills months later on my end. I called to resolve the situation and was told it was going to be looked into, and this call was never logged. It wasn’t looked into and created more problems.I would not recommend their services, and I believe the folks at Edmond Physical Therapy to be a better company in all aspects.

Ben does a fantastic job at paying attention to what is causing you pain as well as focusing on manual therapy that he thinks is best for you. He is super smart and does a fantastic job at PTC. If you have anything bothering you or causing you pain come and see Ben. He is great. The full staff is great there- Mimi at the front desk, the PT, PTA, all technicians.

Jimmy did a beautiful job on my left shoulder after rotator cuff surgery last year 2019. He did the same beautiful therapy on my right shoulder 9 years ago subsequent to it being operated on. Jimmy and all at PT Central do great work! Thank you!

PT Central is a great facility with amazing staff. The administrative staff work hard to meet your scheduling needs, stay on top of all insurance information, and are very welcoming. The therapy staff is absolutely fantastic. They demonstrate the utmost professionalism and knowledge, with kindness and encouragement. I’ve had the pleasure to work with several of the therapists and therapy technicians and have never been disappointed with treatment or conversation. I feel like I’ve not only received the very best therapy but also made many new friends. I very much recommend these wonderful people for your physical therapy needs!

I have been going to PT Central Northeast for several months after two surgeries on my knee. I love it there! Kylie is awesome and really listens to how I feel and works out a therapy plan accordingly. Everyone there from the therapists, to the PT techs, to the receptionists are wonderful- helpful and very friendly! I would definitely recommend PT Central to anyone for their physical therapy needs!

The day of my first PT appointment I was nervous and scared about how things where going to go with my injury and recovery. My physical therapist Kylie has been amazing and so have the other people that I’ve worked with me. I’m still not sure how long my recovery is going to be because I’m only three weeks into it but I understand more about my injury now and what they’re trying to do to help me get strong.I really do appreciate everything they do!

The staff is very positive and encouraging! They have great energy and really know how to help you recover both physically and mentally! I would recommend Doug, Kylie, Jason, and Faith to anyone!

If you are on Medicare I would not go here. They don’t keep up with how many visit you have left and then when you run out they say well you can self pay. Even suggested I could come back in January when Medicare starts all over. I told them I wouldn’t be back. You spend 30 minutes on your on, 10 minutes with therapist and 20 minutes getting ice down.

Been to Jimmie Pearson for my shoulders multiple times. He is amazing. He finds very subtle things that really make a difference in my swimming performance.Also been to Doug Arnold for post op PT after knee surgery. He too is excellent and got me back to bicycling in just a couple weeks.This facility is truly 5 star.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful group at PT Central, the front office staff, technicians and therapists all go above and beyond to make sure you therapy experience is exactly what it needs to be to put you back on the road to recovery. I have found my therapy “ home” and will be recommending this group to all my friends and family.

From the moment you walk through the front door you are greeted with smiling friendly faces to explain things, help with your scheduling and your dreaded insurance questions. Celina and Valarie are amazing and alot of fun and one of them likes to sing ! 😳🙄 My therapist Jimmy Piercey has been great with my recovery. His knowledge and personal attention to your needs is something that you don’t find much anymore. I’m so glad my neighbor recommended him. All the staff, the other therapists and assistants also make you feel welcome and are concerned that you have a good experience with each visit.

In 55 years of being extremely active, Ive only been prescribed PT three times. The 1st two times (at other facilities), I was not impressed with the therapy I received to the point that I did not continue after 2-3 visits. After tearing my pec, the surgeon recommended that I see Jimmy Piercey at PT Central. I could not be more pleased with Piercy, PT Central, the therapy and the results. Highly recommended...
