You guys rock!!!! Thanks for saving me with a free delivery. I usually go to the one on the north side but I found out there was one by my job. I called them and they delivered all my food and snacks for my babies. Try the cod skins my dogs love them I call it The Crack your dogs will go bonkers. Great job guys👍👍👍👍👍

Hands down the best pet shop in town! Sarah and Jessee were so knowledgeable about the varieties of cat food in stock and helped me choose the best option for my middle aged cat. I stocked up on treats and toys while I was there as well. They had such a great selection!

New management is very unwelcoming and rude. All the employees we love and considered friends are now gone. Before this new manager came everyone seemed very happy and content so I feel like this must be the change that is causing everybody to leave. It’s really sad because my dog loves going up there and seeing all of his girlfriends but now we will just make the trek to Nichols Hills and go see them instead. I hope things change and were able to go back. We will miss the staff that loved our dog as much.

They carry all you needs and wants for your pets. They offer top of the line pet food brands, grooming, bedding, chew toys, and refrigerated items. They also deliver!!

The new manager is rude and unfriendly. I’ve noticed some of my favorite, most friendly employees have disappeared. I will not give my money to a company that willingly dumps perfectly amazing employees to the curb. I don’t care if something happened internally - I have received amazing customer service from some of these employees which is what companies should be all about. I am very disappointed.

This place is what it is. They only carry the products they have, and that limits them on some level. The truth is, no product place businesses will have everything you are looking for, but I assure you they will have a quality alternative. The most important part of the review is this; This place has an exceptional customer experience model and even better customer service! Would I recommend this place, 100 times over! Lastly, to add more positive criticism, they deliver. In most cases, they provide the same day! Please try them; you will not regret it!

The best kept secret in pet stores! I got a huge Kong bear for $10! They have tons of inventory, they price match, and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They give a surprise with every order (my first was a squeaky ball, this time was food samples). You can order online and pick up at the curb too. They steered me to some calming chews for my dog, and they work great. I will definitely return to Hollywood!

Im not sure who loves this place more; me or my dog? The staff is incredible and friendly. They even offer to help you carry your purchases out which it nice when you have your fur baby with you.

The place was very clean. Staff were great when I asked about flea and tick guards. He informed me the kinds they had and which would be best for my pup. I had my pup with me and the staff were so sweet to him. They gave him lots of treats and did tricks with him. Prices are a tad bit high but the prices for the raw hide were perfect. If defense go to this store again with my pup. It might just be my new favorite dog store to go to!Very satisfied!

This place is the absolute best around

Went to a dog event where a booth was set up so went to check out the store closest to home. The staff was helpful and friendly. The prices where great and the selection is wonderful from food to toys to leashes and collars. I especially love the frequent feeder program that allows any flavor within the brand to be included so you can switch your protein sources from bag to bag. Some of the other high end pet feed stores in the metro make you stay with one flavor for their program which gets tiresome with a picky dog.

I love this store and its employees. They make time to listen, give great recommendations and remember you when you come in frequently. Its always clean and well stocked. This is my number one pet shop I go to.

Visited this store at the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed. I used to go to Hollywood Feed in Memphis and this store was just as great. Great selective for dogs although I do wish the cat dry food options were expanded more. Loved the wet food choices though! The staff was very friendly and I definitely recommend this store.

Love this store and the staff is amazing. My dog is scared of people and is very standoffish, but they have been nothing short of awesome with him. Hes even starting to warm up to Jen as he knows she will give him treats. Bonus points that they now carry his dog food - Zignature!

The store itself is pretty great. Inexpensive toys, lots of food and treats.I didnt have the greatest of experiences with the staff. She was a shorter redheaded young girl and she mightve been the daughter of the owner as the owner resembled her quite a bit. I brought my American Foxhound (Honey) in with me. Weve had Honey for 1 year now but shes 5 years old and was badly abused and starved when we got her. She gets anxiety and is a very quiet dog because of her pastThe girl really liked Honey. My boyfriend was also with me and our little puppy, Belgian Malinois (Lothric). Lothric is only 3 months old and we all know small puppies are hyper.She made rude remarks towards him by saying things like hes a bit much, are you guys gonna make sure he learns from your other dog? While backing away from him and not even wanting to touch him.It just didnt feel right getting comments like that about a little puppy that is in fact very trained and behaves very well in public. She made me feel like we dont take care of our dogs well. Its been 2 weeks since that day but it still is getting on my nerves which is why I decided to finally write a review. Due to the way the staff reacted to my puppy, I will likely never visit again. When visiting a store specifically for dogs, you expect the staff to be very knowledgable and happy to see dogs of all ages and breeds.
