They started out great but ultimately I would not use them again. At the end of my care they discharged me and never set up any outpatient care for me to follow up. I ended up going two weeks without a dressing change or my weekly blood work. They just bounced out and didn’t care if I received any care in the future. It’s been 4 weeks since then and I still don’t have a plan of action for my future care! I will not recommend.

They are the best home health .i have had them now off and on for at least 6 yrs. I want to say thank you for being awesome. You guys are the greatest. You may push hard but I know it is for my own good. And thank you to PT especially.. You all are tough but I love you. Sincerely Vicki W.Robbins.

I thought this was going to be a great place to take care of my husband since Ive been his caregiver for the last few years..so I could go back to work and have some peace of mind.But its has turned out to be very disheartening.We always tried to never call the office,or to be a bother but we have felt like we were!.First time was calling the on call for breathing issues my husband was having,,they say call them before any unnecessary trips with the ambulance.Si when calling the office,,I get Ill find out what happened and let you know..which they didnt and when I call back I informed them they tried to relay messages in stead of calling me,,and was told she said she called you!..No ownership just excuses!....and we were simple people..we just ask that since my husband has COPD,,that we get a call the night before..he has a lot of meds to take and breathing treatment and last minute arrivals cause him anxiety!...but we cant even do that.So this last hospital stay we have restarted up and the issues started all over again...and while the nurses and occupational therapy restarted we never heard from physical therapy.. so I called and excuses again..So I called to leave a voicemail that do to all the issues if what has been going on we were going to switch companies,,did I get a call back?..No....So I called today to inform them what was going on again and that after today we would no longer need visits...Im ask do you want a supervisor..I said no wont do any good!..but just let them know this is the last visit today!.So Im sleeping and wake up and No visit from either nurse!!!..even though you had my husband go to ER for being sick and needed to be seen for his FLU!!!..Thanks for not giving me the peace of mind. Or for always making excuses and not being professional and for not doing the little things to help my husband feel calm!.

Called on a evening for an antibiotic reaction . Although they called back to say the Dr said not to take anymore they said they would followup first thing the next morning. Four days later they called. I had already been in the ER and handled it myself by then.* That was the second time they did not follow through on an evening call.

The nurses give my grandmother the best care.
