I came in about 2:00 one Friday afternoon with no appointment. My 2020 checkpoint front brakes were not working and the rear derailleur was really sloppy when gearing down. There were five persons working, two mechanics, two women, and one man overseeing the operations and all were busy.They did a quick look at my bike and said because of the brake, the bike would probably need to stay for awhile, maybe a day or two. I mentioned that I was from Lawton an hour away and there was a bike race for seniors at Lake Draper the next day. They said they would keep working on it and see what they could do.While I was there for the next two hours, I observed how helpful and friendly all five employees were to everyone that came in the door. Their professionalism far surpassed the other bikes shops I have been to in recent months. In that short time, they sold three bikes, one helmet and some accessories AND fixed my bike. I was soooo impressed. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone without hesitation. Job well done everyone!

Short version great people very helpful.I was driving from Kansas to Texas I had a bike carrier with 2 bikes on the trunk of my car 1 bike came off the carrier on the highway. I went to this store right before the closed they stayed a little late and helped me get everything secured I made it the rest of my trip with no problems thank you guys very much.

Trek came out to an event I was at. I found it SO awesome that they were willing to give out high quality helmets. Ive never owned a helmet before because I could never figure out sizing or adjustments. I definitely didnt know anything about quality. Trek helped me find the right fit and helped with on the spot adjustments also. I seriously couldnt recommend them more. ❤️

Great store with wonderful people. I used to go to this shop back when it was Schlegel Bicycles. The staff has always been friendly and they have a great assortment of bicycles in the shop. The handful of times Ive needed to take my bike into the shop, theyve always done great work at a fair price.

Yesterday, my husband and I drove 8 hours from Iowa to OKC to ride our bikes in warmer weather. Unfortunately, we discovered a flat tire on my < 6 month old Trek Verve ebike. We were so happy to discover a Trek store ~ a mile away. However, what REALLY made our day was the fantastic, friendly, and expert service when we walked as the store opened. Ryan, Chris & their mechanic (sorry I missed your name) were EXTREMELY helpful and took care of the issue right away - we also needed a new tire as well as a tube. Just when we thought it couldnt get any better, Ryan told us it was under warranty and there was NO CHARGE! So our bike vacation is off to a great start, thanks to the team at Trek Bicycle, OKC !!

Amazing service, great people, really saved me in a pinch. I snapped a bolt on my Slash when passing through OK, they found one and got me in and out the door in under 30 minutes! I highly recommend this shop to anyone that wants the best service in Oklahoma.

I took my e-bike in for some warranty work. The staff was very professional. I had to do a wheel swap out for a display problem. Even though labor was involved they told me since they couldnt fix the problem there would be no charge. That is good customer service. Cole was terrific. The display problem will need to be resolved through the bike manufacturer. I will return if I need any bike work.

I could not love this store more. They’re willing to go above and beyond to get kids fitted in the perfect bike to be successful, and they installed some special training wheels we needed at no additional cost. Here in the age of COVID, they have a great and organized system for safely shopping. This is the place to go when you need a good bike and amazing customer service.

Took my bike a couples days ago in for a much needed tune-up and all i can say is Wow!! Cole did an amazing job. The shifting is now seemless and that awful grinding noise i just sort of got used to was gone. Thank you for making my bike like new again!! Excellent customer service and bike shop team!

Customer service that’s above and beyond. Stopped by today to pick up some chain lube while out riding my bike. Not only was I able to park my bike in the store, they lubed my chain for me while I was looking around and also showed me how to take care of a front derailed issue I thought I was going to have to live with. Great service! Unfortunately they do not allow firearms and are forcing people to wear masks to come in and shop. Not being able to look around likely kept more of my money in my pocket. Only purchased what I had to have, and will think twice before I go back, if I go back.

Bought a bike light from here over a year ago. Barely used it during that time and it was broken. They traded it out with no questions. I have also bought random parts from here as well as a bike as a gift. Everyone seems happy.

My son (13) and I called around to see if any bikes shops were open last Sunday. Trek was the only shop we could find that was open and could fix my sons bike. I was thinking we would drop it off and pick it up later in the week. But no hold on, the bike tech Zach through the bike up on the stand and replaced the chain, gear selector, grips and new pedals all within an hour and under $150. Zach was great and if I ever need something fixed on a bike. Zach will be the guy!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I noticed how nice they were when I dropped my sons bike off for repairs, but it was confirmed when I came back to pick it up and my 6 year old daughter mentioned how nice she thought the staff was. Keep up the good work!

It would be nice if I could actually walk around the store and browse. I want to look around at things. If I know I need some specific part, I can just order it online rather than standing outside your door and feel like an unwanted customer.

I worked with three customer service personnel (Charles, Chris, and Ryan) and there was consistency in excellent customer service across the board on different days and different times of the day as well as during a high volume of customers and calls and low volume too. They have product knowledge and are just straight forward and matter of fact about what options are available and realistically what would be a good choice for the type of riding you do and gadgets youll use. After a year of researching, dreaming, and saving I went with 007, a.k.a. Domane SL6 in stealth black.

I brought in an old trek hybrid bicycle and the guys fixed all of the issues it had, everything works great and I appreciate all of their work to get it going again. Outstanding customer service and will use them again in the future!!!

I had an issue with the wheels on my new trek fuel ex 5 that I had purchased at another bike shop and these guys were awesome they examined it started the warranty process took less than 10 minutes and when the wheels came in i returned with my bike so they could swap the wheels and they made sure everything was good they treated me really well I just want to say thank you Ryan and to your staff you guys rock

This was one of the few stores closest to me (in south Texas) that had the shoe I wanted in the color and size I wanted. Trek has never had my size nor any store around meI finally jus called this place and Ryan took care of me without hesitation. I paid the extra for shipping and had the shoes on my doorstep a few days later.

I really enjoyed going to this store. They definitely have quality bikes and accessories. Just be ready to spend a little more money than the average consumer is comfortable with. They run occassional programs that help with costs; like the student program (spend $600, get $100 towards accessories). They also have veteran discounts towards accessories and gear, but not towards bikes and service. However, you might find a nice markdown on the previous years models in an effort to make room on the floor for next years bikes. Just remember that what you see is what you get. No swapping the same bike for your size at the discounted price. Trek offers a 6-months same as cash credit program too if thats your bag.With your bike purchase, you get $70 towards your next service or tune-up with packages starting at that same price. Essentially, this means you get the first tune up free (not counting tax), or you can put that money towards the more robust/expensive option. I find that a nice incentive to buy from them, though not as good as one you might get from other local bike stores.The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were more than willing to take the time to answer all of my questions as a new rider. From lubricating the chain, to finding the right pedals for my needs, I appreciated the patience and willingness of each staff member I spoke with. That could have just been for the sale, but in my opinion.....thats the point. Im impressed nonetheless and will continue to do business with them.

I drove 3 hours from the DFW area to look at an Excal-7 and a Roscoe 8. The Excal was priced just over a thousand dollars and the Roscoe around $1800. The staff did a great job of finding it what bike was the best fit for me. I ended up buying the Excal after the representative told me that it would be a better fit for what I’m doing. I have a career in sales and there’s nothing I appreciate more than an honest salesmen. You have my business and I would highly recommend this shop.

Cole was a rockstar! The guys at the shop seem to love what they do. I had some shocks put on my bike which I didn’t even buy from them. The job was done way ahead of schedule and done correctly. Just through general conversation we talked about different trails since I am not from the area. These guys are the example of customer service. I will certainly go back and do business with them again.

Went in expecting to buy a headset, instead I was able to buy only a bearing. Perfect fit! My bicycle is back on the road. I really enjoy browsing the bicycles and accessories, so much variety. I always feel welcome. Important: as of March 2018 there is construction, so take a side street to the alley and use caution. You might have to make 3-point or 47-point turn in their parking lot depending on how many customers they have.

I am a busy mom of three (from Norman) who was looking for a used starter bike for my daughter. After calling several places in Norman and no one having what I needed, I called Schlegel and Charles was extremely helpful. He checked the inventory, took pictures of what you all had in the size we needed, and emailed them to me. I let him know which one we wanted and then a few hours later, I swung by the store to pick it up. The bike looked great and was ready to go. An employee checked me out as they did another quick safety check, and then he carried the bicycle out to my car for me. So quick, easy, and painless. And my daughter just LOVES her bike! This store along with Trek customer service worked together and found another store that still had the right size and got it shipped to Oklahoma City. A true Christmas miracle.

I was out riding my bike with some friends and had an emergency situation with my rear shifter. As it turns out the shifter had to be completely disassembled because there were pieces of old shifter cable stuck in it. Marty, a great bicycle mechanic at Schlegel Bicycles, managed to fish the heads of four old shifter cables out of the shifting mechanism. After fixing the shifter Marty went above and beyond and adjusted my brakes and straightened my handlebars as well. With my bike completely repaired I was able to ride it home that same day. I remember when I got my first bicycle, it took me a while to learn how to write it, but once I did, the feeling of Freedom was tremendous. Theres nothing quite like riding a bicycle and feeling the breeze on your face. This is a good place to get a bicycle. They have them for all ages and sizes, go in and take a look-see. If you dont right away with a bicycle, dont blame me.

Recently I moved to downtown Oklahoma City and needed to have my Scott Spark mountain bike serviced. I am pretty particular on the service my bike receives and decided to take it to Schlegel Bicycles. I took it in for an overhaul this past week and it was serviced by their mechanic Daniel. He went above and beyond my expectations and now my bike rides perfectly. Daniel was very knowledgeable regarding the different components on my bike and even called the manufacturer for my fork to get extra confirmation regarding it’s response. The turnaround time was fast and the prices were very reasonable. I would recommend Schlegel Bicycles to anyone looking to have their bike serviced.
