Actually its kind of funny, my husband and I show up because we finally got a night out without our precious kiddo.Well, I didnt have my ring on because I had worked that day and I dont wear it because of the harsh chemicals I work with. (If you like something, you want it to last so you make sure to take care of it, yunno?)Well my husband did have his on and E V E R Y O N E noticed this.Now the reason why I mention this is because people openly showed their disgust for what they assumed was him cheating on his wife with me (his wife) ESPECIALLY the older couple we were sat next too.It was genuinely amusing. Getting dirty glances and glares after they quietly whispered and pointed. We loved it. We loved that people cared that there was something wrong with that picture. And its not their fault! They didnt know! But it goes to show you that you shouldnt always judge a book by its cover.We may have ruined their time with our infidelity but we had an absolute blast. Initially our server even seemed a little held back by it too but she even came around.I wish I could remember our waitress name because she was absolutely phenomenal. The food was amazing and the drinks even more so. The service was quick and diligent as well.. So thanks for a great time guys. This experience definitely gave us a lot to laugh about.
Was planning to go out and come back home real fast, after a long day of work. Shout out to Marty for being so nice and giving my friend and I a great dinner night experience! We stayed for more drinks and had a wonderful dinner. Thank you Marty Jackson, youre the best!
This location ALWAYS has amazing service and food. The staff are incredible: friendly, helpful, accommodating, and always go over and above. I can never leave less than a 20% tip (which definitely makes me limit my visits each month, as it puts my wallet in danger) but they deserve 100% of it. I tend to order pretty customized burgers but they have never, ever gotten my order wrong and it never fails to be delicious. Thank you Red Robin at South Hill Mall. You guys always make my day.
Ate in bar. Food service good. Beverage service slow. Pizza was good. Very thin crust, but toppings were great. Fish and chips were more smaller pieces than a couple of larger ones the way it used to be. No more soups. No more mac n cheese.
Food was very tasty and prompt. Our server was on top of her game and very attentive to our needs.
When you go to Red Robin you know it is going to be loud and probably crowded. Since we were going with a large group of adults and kids that worked well for us. The server did an awesome job and we never had to wait for refills, the food was fast and delish and lots of it. Kids and adults were happy and full when we left!
Service was really good, but other than that there is a lot to be found. The food was not great and the drinks seemed extremely watered down. The host and services clean all table surfaces before seating patrons and always wear masks. They are super friendly and seem accommodating but the food is just really bad. Ive always been a fan of Red Robin but I dont think Ill ever go back.
Thw food is always good. It takes a lot to get 5 stars from me. The prices are reasonable as well.
They sell the best Fish and Chips. The Grilled Chicken burger is good. The new pizza they sell is delicious. Burgers are good. The Freckled Lemonade is great with free refills. The root beer float is yummy with free refills. They have great salads.
Food is really good and very good selection in menu. Tables and floors are often sticky. Plastic dividers separate behind your head but not from table to your left or right thats just over a half height wall. VERY loud. Our waiter was so amped up on adrenaline he stressed us out.
I recently saw a television commercial for this Restaurant company and it was disgusting. Red Robin will never get a penny from me again
Great Red Robin. They brought my bottomless fries before my meal. Literally 2 min after I ordered. Most do not start the bottomless fries till you get your meal...Very impressed, and, the waitstaff was very polite. Best Red Robin Ive been to yet
Usually its pretty good but this time although the waiter was absolutely awesome, I got broccoli that was obviously old with black spots and very bitter and the water taste like mildew. Maybe they need to clean the lines and inspect the food a little better. E-mailed customer service and they just sent a notepad saying oh we apologize not even a coupon :-(
Heatwaves are no joke. These folks are working non stop in good spirits and smiling despite obvious exhaustion. Cannot express our gratitude for a great lunch. We dont care if you were a bit slow. So stop apologizing. Your all amazing!
We ordered 3 delivery burgers with fries; 1 avocado chicken and 2 beef burgers. they were yummy, and so were the onion rings and the garlic fries. They were not the prettiest but they were absolutely delicious. And our driver Mattie from Door dash was prompt and professional 👍🏽My whole family was pleased, thank you!!
Great food. Didnt give a 5 because they no longer sell my soup I like. I can no longer say this is my favorite place to dine. They got rid of the bacon aioli sauce a few years ago and now the soups. The pizza is disgusting that they placed the soups with. Zucchini fries are delicious and still have great bottomless fries.
The food was really good but the main reason I’m giving them these 5 stars is excellent service of the the waiter, his name is Michael and he’s the sweetest. He gave us great attention and he seemed so happy to attend us. We would 100% come back again just because of the great service.
The one on Meridian was always out of our favorites,this one is the bomb! The Drinks are SOOOOO refreshing,the chicken tenders taste amazing! Will always love this one!
I have to say I think this is my favorite red Robin location Ive been to and Ive probably been to at least 8 of them. Outstanding surface from the staff. Food was fast an excellent. Now they even have a specialty type of pizza from Ohio on the menu. That was surprising and in the end interesting also. What other place can you order a pizza for your kids and great appetizers and burgers to go?
Was seated immediately but took 25 minutes for someone to even get us a glass of water. Was just a few minutes away from getting up and walking out. The servers came to our table once for refills, took my glass and never came back.
Red Robin always hits the spot anywhere we go in the PacNW, but this particular location was am especially good RR experience. Start to finish, our server was on the ball with everything well under the expected wait time for how full the place was, and the thing that really surprised us was that we got our drinks ten seconds after we told the server what we were having. I understand how technology has enhanced the service sequence, but in a packed house like they had today, that was just amazing. Great teamwork between the bar and the server all day.
My meal came to the table cold and the cheese was not even melted. They took it back when I asked if it could be heated up. The next burger was worse than the first. It was still cold and the cheese was hit melted again. It was the haystack burger and the onion straws were half cooked soggy and full if grease. The manager asked if I would like them to try again but I declined. She did take it off our bill. My question is of they ate making fresh made to order burgers how are they could when they get to the table. Thecquality of food has really gone downhill. I will not be going back to this location
The take-out wait was reasonably fast, accurate, and tasty! Definitely the way to go on a Saturday evening.

Wife and I stopped in for a quick lunch. I had the Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich with endless fries and she had the Whisky Bar b que burger. Both tasted superb. The dining area was very clean and our server was polite and funny. Awesome experience!
We ordered for delivery at 4 pm…came at 4:45 . Cold. Soggy. I’m not sure who to complain to actually! It was awful..! Fish and chips, cold horrid fries, cold soggy fish. I guess it doesn’t pay to get food delivered. ….At least from Red Robin

Put our name on the waiting list was told to wait outside; we would be called when our table was ready. We never got a call so we called the restaurant to find out why. only to discover our name got removed from the waiting list somehow.We were told to come in and we would be seated right away.We got inside and had to explain our situation a couple of time however we were seated afterward.Once we were seated there were fruit flies flying around the whole time we eat dinner.However the service was great!.
I honestly wish I could give 0 stars.I will also start by saying, ignoring the signs, I have been back time and time again hoping it will be a better experience. Because I really do love Red Robin, just not this location. Covid has had us only doing pick up, every time I come out to curbside, they never show up. When you call they say they will check, but never get back. When you get frustrated enough to go inside, they make you feel like youre the unreasonable one. After charging you 14 dollars for a burnt, soggy burger and some cold a** fries! I wish I could take my tip back.
Really busy so dinner was a bit if a wait, but foid was good and so was service. Did you know kids mav n cheese and fruit was bottomless? I didnt. Awesome.
This place is a hit or miss. Food can be great, but can also come out tasting stake and barely warm. Service is ok most of the times. Id give it three and a half stars but figures I wont begrudge half a star :). Do try to come in before the rush hour; better chances of getting your food in a timely manner.
Red Robins burgers use to be really good. Niw they are just a step above Burger King.
My mom sister and I went there for lunch my sister ordered a hamburger no pink and she got hamburger with pink ask for garlic fries got parmesan fries no garlic taste ordered spiked freckled lemonade and got freckle lemonade not spiked never got her second refill of fries. Was very dissatisfied
Arrived exactly at the time our order was supposed to be ready and called the curbside pickup number. The hostess said theyd bring our order right away. Almost 30 minutes later, and after I asked one of the curbside hosts, they brought out cold food that had already sat at their counter for 20 minutes when I arrived. So instead of having it ready at the time we asked for it, they prepared our meal immediately when it was ordered, and then let it sit for nearly an hour before handing it to us. We will not be going back to Red Robin.
Not too bad not a friend there for lunch we sat at the bar my friend had a chicken croissant sandwich I had boneless chicken wings its the only problem was the tater chips were stale all in all had a great time wait stuff was great everybody had a good attitude it was nice

When our favorite waitess is there. The food is always the way we like. She is the only one in ALL Red Robins that knows how to get the kitchen to make the fries crispy and she is very friendly!

Our server Michael was the worst server ever and provided the most terrible service. Disrespected from the minute we sat down. We come in every weekend and have enjoyed every visit up until now. Ordered veggie burgers specifically with no meat as we are vegetarians and we received our burgers with bacon on all three burgers. We feel as if the bacon was placed on the veggie burgers intentionally. When asked if he could have the burger remade, he refused to send in a new order and was very hostile. Confrontational immediately. Got in our faces as we were telling him our order even though he could clearly hear us. Because of Michael, we felt very uncomfortable for the remainder of the visit.
I am eatting as I write this review and my god the server Michael has been such a GEM. Listens to every details and go’s the extra mile to assure I comfortable and enjoyable experience especially with the kiddos at the table driving us nuts. I come to Red Robin a lot but it’s usually mediocre service. I definitely will be coming back here and expect all servers to live up to Michaels customer service.
I was very disappointed at the cleanliness and the food at this Red Robin. This was the floor under our table and a lot of the restaurant floors looked messy as well. Felt like I was sitting in someone’s gross, dirty house to eat a meal. I ordered the veggie burger and they didn’t add the sauce I requested and the burger patty itself was very thin and not good.I enjoy Red Robin as a chain restaurant but this particular one needs a huge upgrade!
This place has the best onion rings in town. And they got this donut dessert that is so good

The sweet tea was really really weak. We sent both glasses back. Got lemonade instead. It was ok. Ordered a plate with spinach tortilla and the tortilla was hard. The waitress removed the plate from the bill. So I guess its safe to say that it wasnt all great food but they didnt try to make us pay for stuff we didnt eat. Lol my spicy burger was just that. Spicy. With a tasty jalapeno.

We had been seated for 1 minutes and no wait staff had come by. I ordered our appetizers on the table top ordering thing. When the expedite brought our apps out, we had to ask her for drinks. My daughter didnt get her drink until we had been seated for 30 minutes. At 35 minutes, our waitress finally came by and took our order. Took a other 20 minutes for us to get.our food. I had paid on the table top thing before our food was delivered so we could quickly eat and leave. It was a.stressful environment.
Kinda sucked. I ordered chicken marinaded in sauce. They had no marinade. After a long wait, the plain chicken was cold , zucchini fries were cold. I was going to send it back but I already waited too long to begin with. And they werent busy .

Ive tried doing the car side to go about 6 times in the past year. Every single time my order has been messed up in some way. Something wasnt cooked the way I ordered, something wasnt substituted, removed, or added the way I ordered. The last few times, extra items I paid for werent even included. Dine in might still be worth it, but to go just doesnt work. I live under 10 minutes away and the food is always cold when I get home.
We used a Christmas gift card after not going out for a long time to a restaurants they gave us excellent service and the food was spot on ! They cleaned and santized every area prior to sitting snd after you leave. Our waiter was beyond nice and gave us a balloon when asked due to them running out and kept checking on us!
We stopped coming here so often due to being on keto but on our cheat days..... I love me some Red Robin bottomless fries. Ordered the pretzel bites as this is our go to! They were a bit over cooked this go around which is why this isnt a 5 star review. Everything else was A+. Thank you for the great service and food!

Very nice staff here in this location. First time here as I was passing through. Great customer service. Waitress kept checking to see if I needed anything. Manager stepped out to see how things was going left us her name and told us to talk to her if need be. Welcoming place. Love all the staff and how they greet and as you walk out. They talk to you as if you were a friend that they been known. Awesome job ladies.
I made an online order, went to pick it up and it couldnt be found. After waiting outside for 50 minutes they brought it out to me. I even tipped 20% for the good job. I also found a strand of medium length hair in my meal.

2021 New Years Day... ordered delivery... Burgers were good but fries were refried ends and small pieces...guess the pandemic is taking its toll on the quality of their food!2019... Red Robin was the best ever !!! Lauren gave us perfect service and the fries were done perfectly hot and crispy. We were there in off hours in the afternoon during the big rainstorm..
Not enough wait staff. Food was not the quality it use to be. My order was missing the bacon 🥓 and only 2 small pieces of avocado 🥑. Waiter was great he just had to many table.
Ordered on app for curbside pickup. Food was cold, missing food items which is funny cuz they read off your receipt of what you order and then its not even in the bag. I called as soon as we discovered not all the food was in the bag and they have a recording on that says this store is closed. I was just there! I tried several times until 10pm and same recording. Food was awful, service was awful. Zero stars if I could
Hamburger was delicious. Fries were lukewarm, but waitress kindly brought another order which were great.
There was a few workers who were very happy to help even though they probably werent happy about being there. And they did the best they could with serving my family. Boxer (Maybe it was Baxter, I forgot), and Michael. They were really nice and understand about different eating restrictions and the beer we spilled. This place has really neat staff and I would recommend it.

Walked into the restaurant with phone in my hand and I guess the young girls who work there thought I was with door dash and they didnt offer me any help, I stood there for maybe 5 min and walked away. So irritated because they saw me and acted stupid, and looked the other way. Not eating there for a while.
We’ve ordered pickup from here twice in the last few months and they have either forgotten food items, given us cold food and have always had long wait times. Not again, sorry. We won’t be back.

So this was our first time at South Hill. Called in our order. It was a little confusing on where to park for them to bring out food. It took a bit to figure out where we were park. When they did our food was cold. They insisted that they make it all fresh and on them. It was so good we will be back. Black and blue burger the very best.
So for a place that offers unlimited Mac and cheese when you eat in the portion size when you order take out is minimal at best!!! I didn’t even get the drinks I ordered with my kids meals. Seriously will not order out from here ever again!!!! Now I have to find more to fix my kids to eat which was the purpose of ordering out. Thanks for nothing Red Robin!!!!

They did not have inside dining, because of restrictions. Everyone else in same boat. Their zucchini fries were excellent. Was just going to get a mushroom burger, and the waitress person( ok, whats pc?) suggested them instead of regular fries. Now, I have a new favorite side dish. Uh, the mushroom burger was really, really good.
Dillon the waiter was on top of it and funny.
