Hooters as the name says....Amazing food, very lively place unlike other Japanese Izakaya restaurants which have dull lighting and kind of sad feeling.If you like spicy,must try wings with spicy Garlic sauce...YummyAdditionBest pork ribs or BBQ pork ribs in ever had.Simply amazing taste.Just make sure you order the right quantity for yourself as they have everything in large quantity
We came to Hooters for a good experience however were severely disappointed today. We arrived at the restaurant at 2pm today, June 17th 2021 and were greeted by a very nice lady who was very nice and welcoming.After we ordered. We stepped down from the restaurant and the chef was the only person there other then the waitress, was extremely rude and actually harassed us outside of the restaurant. We did not go back up and will never return. We felt he was actually racist and aggressive towards us following us outside the premise. I hope the proper action will be taken by the manager or owner. I dont actually write reviews but was compelled to do so due to the terrible experience.
Should have been a sign to leave when we saw a rat run into the kitchen while being seated to our table. Against better judgement we decided to stay, and were really disappointed with the food. The chicken wings were undercooked and pretty much raw in the middle- still red and bloody! The blue cheese sauce also had barely any flavour and was pretty much yogurt. It’s too bad, because we had heard good things...maybe an off night.
Nice Woman and finally some spicy food. It could be spicier, but it did satisfy my needs. 10 Wing really fills you up and you feel full. Thank you Hooters.

Bit Crowded place, so for sure you need to wait for your table, After a short wait we were led to a table and waited upon by a very friendly waitress who told us her name and then said ..sorry I dont speak English...so funny.With some great entertainment provided by the waitresses and singing made it a great experience.. worth the visit and the food was excellent.

If youre searching for American style wings, this is the place. The food portions are huge and the price is great. Unfortunately, the service is usually quite poor. The last two times Ive visited, I had my orders completely messed up and had to ask the manager for help.

Late night wings and snack . We went after midight. Good atmosphere. Quality was good and decent. One waitress working and she was helpful and ensured we were looked after. Lived up to the standard of Hooters in terms of food but as it was late we didnt have many waitresses.

Came here with a friend after dinner.I was never much of a Hooters fan, particularly because the uniform was a bit unappealing. But they did always have solid chicken wings.Surprisingly, this was a refreshing experience. Theres a good variety of drinks and cocktails here, whether youre going for a shot of Yamazaki or a sweet coffee-based cocktail.Seems like every 30 - 45 minutes they have a little dance show, and honestly, its cute. Thought itd be gimmicky, but not at all. Gives customers a small chance to engage with the workers and its entertaining for what it is.One thing I liked was that there were female customers here, whether in mixed groups or just women, and thats usually a good sign.Would come back, but Im not buying a t-shirt.
Had the greatest time! Evenings the ladies do sweet dances to well known songs like YMCA about every hour. The place is super busy! Book in advanced! Family friendly but very busy with office men in the evenings. Ladies are lovely. Some know English or will at least do their best to understand you regardless of language barriers!
This location has its pros and its cons. Overall, I think the experience is great. This is one of the better Tokyo locations. I strongly recommend the breaded wings - excellent. Some of the other dishes though are much less inspired. The slider mini hamburgers, for example, were very disappointing on our last visit, lacking flavor.In terms of service, its always been friendly and professional. The waitresses are attentive and can speak English with varying capacity, but always enough.Overall, a very good location!
Excellent wings! Ordered the Chipotle first, and loved them, then we ordered 10 with the garlic pepper(?), the hot one. They were amazing! A bit spicy though, but definitely recommend them if you like to spice it up a little! The staff is also very helpful!
Food was very good. The quality of the wings reminded me of what Hooters in the USA used to be like before they let their quality control slip. None of that slippage here. The Ginza Hooters has friendly staff (English speaking for those traveling) and great wings the way they should be. I recommend the fire sauce.
It missed entertainment. I feel I was just in another kind of McDonald’s. Just the decoration changed, otherwise I did not feel I was in somewhere special.

Food is better than the food in the States. Girls tried to be friendly but their English was a bit broken. Fully understandable though. Couldnt get any US sports there which was the main reason we went there. The best part is that they didnt allow smoking from open until 2pm.
A fun spot for the occasionally-necessary chicken wing fix. Was here for the Super Bowl party, which brought together lots of locals and foreigners. The fare overall is pretty standard, and while the wings hit the spot that day, the quality was such that, while enjoyable, I would probably not make this a regular haunt.

Our experience was not family friendly at all. No high chairs, booster seats, or kids menu. We did notice mostly men and a few women in groups. Service was below par....it took 20 minutes for us to get a waitress, we were the first to be seated and all the other patrons that came in were served before us. I noticed the waitresses smiled and giggled with all the Japanese patrons and tried not to make eye contact with us. I imagine the language barrier was a big reason but we just wanted food not have a full blown conversation. No one checked on us after we ordered, luckily I was annoyed enough to not want a refill. Good thing we dont have to tip in Japan. The wings were good, but the fries were hard and not fresh. The fried pickles were soggy. Shibuya location was much better, better service and the atmosphere much friendlier. Will not be coming here again and dont recommend for families.
It was a cool experience for my teenage son as he got to pose with the sexy waitresses. It wasn’t so cool anymore though when I caught my husband ogling the sexy women as well hahaha, just kidding. My husband is more reserved than that! And of course, the food was great. We enjoyed the cheesecake and the Hooters’ espresso!
The chicken wings are good but the flavor of the sauce is diffrent.The place is nice and clean and i liked that the music is not that loud.I dont know if there were very few waitress the time i went but you have to be patient.

Has the best wings and the beer is really nice, also the girls are nice and do a small dance every 1hour or less, in fact this is the best Hooters in all Tokyo, and girls are too. Recommended for lunch time, also for dinner time with friends or co-workers. American-style.

Food is okay but the presentation could use some work. Our waitress Mari was very nice and helpful. The naked wings were a bit dry, and the coleslaw didnt have much flavor.
English and Chinese speaking staff available. Probably the most multicultural restaurant in Tokyo! Great vibe, Great chicken! Very busy! Try to book ahead! All you can drink for 2 hours for $20 Family friendly but non smoking and smoking sections are not seperated by walls. Smoke free at lunch.
This location was okay, but not very impressive to me. It was very busy (thats just how it is in Tokyo), so the waitresses and bartenders wont be able to talk to you very much, but some of them do try. They do speak good English here though (some of them went to college in the US).
Closes at 10PM not 4AM. Last order at 930 pm.
Awesome as usual, seated us in comfy place as we were accompanied with kids, at the same time enjoyed being with the crowd.

Hooters for some reason is a hit and miss! Like the one in Singapore I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy! This one in Ginza is pretty good actually.
Food was good, but service could be way better! the restaurant, wall and floor, especialy around the entrance is dirty! if you want to eat hooters i would recommend the restaurant in Akasakamitsuke.

The girls were extremely busy here on a late Wednesday night. In terms of our server (who was only working there because she had come from the Philippines and married a local), this was the least welcoming Hooters in Japan out of the five Ive visited. Cold and distant, not the level of service I expect at a Hooters restaurant. The other girls appeared to be more affable.
Chicken was good, but they either misunderstood that I just wanted regular Buffalo sauce..
Good food, not that expensive. Nice staff. Its mainly tailored for smoking guests with a non smoking room in the back with no division. Being so far back the tabacco doesnt reach so it doesnt sound that bad.

Can I give zero stars??What a sad experience. Went there for a celebration (having been to other Hooters in Tokyo) and every single staff were rude and what I can only describe as depressed.This is not the place to be working if youre not upbeat, or at least sociable.And so, without a lick of eye contact from the server we (a group of 3 guys and 2 girls) ordered our food.Now.... Before I continue, allow me to point out that it was lunch. Lunch on the 27th of January 2016.It wasnt overly crowded, and rightly so.The girls were obviously freezing as the temperature was not properly managed, and were all wearing jumper jackets. Again... Understandable.But when 35 minutes went by with no food, we decided to ask the staff. Again, no eye contact, and not even an apology. Not even a Ill look into your food for youJust an I dont knowAt the 45 minute mark, we decided to ask for the managerIt was at this point that we understood the girls mood atmosphere and energyThe manager was a creep who kept trying to touch the arm of our female group member.His response was an incredibly uninspired and low-energy yea... Sorry about that. We employ young girls. Their moods can go up and down and I guess their mood isnt great now....what?This told us everything we needed to knowAnd we left the restaurant around the 1 hour mark after ordering.Our food still hadnt arrived by the way.The Hooters in Akasaka is greatBut I would avoid the Ginza one at all costs.
