All products were available. However, before I could get to shopping I had to wait 35 minutes or longerfor a handicap cart. There were 3 sitting to be charged. One was brought in with someone riding it but didnt have much of a charge. So that made 4. I dont understand how 4 carts were unavailable to be used. I finally saw someone coming out of the store and I asked if I could have the cart and they gave it to me. I was truly thankful. By the way it was around 12:30 p.m.

Pretty decent Walmart. Farewell stocked they need more checkers, but I heard theyre trying to segue into self checkout. Which is fine but not everybodys smart enough or coordinated enough to do it and a timely fashion.They seem to cheap out when it comes to staffing, but the number one thing to me is the store isadequately stocked usually except the brand names I like have left varieties than they used to

Went early Sunday morning for some printer cartridges to print out important documents, and the one person working the electronics section doesnt have nor can get the keys to open up the locked cabinet. As I was leaving, another customer asked about buying a hard drive; but hey, no keys. Theres two sales that this location just lost out on. Doesnt make sense that the person in charge of the section doesnt have keys to any of the cabinets - and almost everything is locked up in a cabinet!

Checkout lines are always very long. They only have about 4 or 5 registers open and they have approximately 17 registers. An employee told me that they dont have enough help and the employees who are working at the registers are being worked to death. This is not acceptable. Pay more money and treat your employees better.

Made me wait for over an hour for my online grocery pickup because they were short staffed. I dont blame the people that were there working, but being one of the largest corporations in the world, you think they could offer a reasonable wage to properly staff their stores. Again, the staff were fantastic, not their fault.

This Wal Mart most time stays well stock and the staff when you find someone generally can help assist you

Customer service was very slow. Associates more interested in their phones than helping customers. Store not as clean as Id like. Clearance items are not clearly marked. This pandemic has really changed things. Empty shelves. Associates can not clearly answer simple questions. Very 😥

I tried to download photos at their kiosk.I used one machine for my phone and another for my tablet.The tablet download took 40 minutes or more ,the phone was downloading three x as fast but then it stopped midway. When I tried to start over it kept saying that it couldnt find the deviceAfter multiple times,I gave up. After the photos from the tablet all transferred,the machine asked if I wanted the videos as well.I clicked yes and even though I selected all it said that I needed to select. So I hit back ,thinking I would just do the photos today.It went back to the home screenThe employee,who had just come on shift ,couldnt help me. I wasnt able to waste anymore time as I had an appointment

This store used to be very nice but Im noticing more and more that theres an influx of, shall we say, less desirables, coming in the store and as a result its turning ghetto.Parking lot getting trashed up even though there are trash cans all over the parking lot.The McDonalds inside this Walmart has slow service and incorrect orders.Thinking about finding another Walmart to go to

I went to the vision center for my checkup and received excellent service both from the optometrist and the front desk staff. Very professional, organized and clean. Will definitely return.

I placed an order for same day pickup, and it wasnt ready. I understand that things happen and staffing could be short, so I tried to call the next day. I called the store number and the pickup number, and no one answered the phone for hours. This Walmart isn’t close to me, but it had the item I needed so I was willing to drive to pick it up, but I’m not going to drive out there if it is not ready or even available anymore. I’m just asking that you pick up the phone.

Notifying them when you arrive is a good idea.... If not, take the time and think about where you went wrong. The employees are wonderful with your order.

Its big of course but this one has everything you need under one roof. Unless you live in the area there is a bit of a drive....... but you if youre Walmart doesnt have what you are looking for this one gives you another option and choice is a good thing . Lastly be prepared to walk unless you come when they first open or close to closing time . Hey what else is there to say its a Walmart !

Deli is terrible. Two workers peeked out from the back. Neither ventured out to say...can I help you. I left without deli meats.

Was able to execute my entire school lists for 4 kids in one visit with school being one week away I thought things would be sold out. This Walmart was fully stocked at 9pm

As I was trying to leave the store after paying for my items and holding my sleeping child the health ambassador asked to see my receipt. I told him it was my pocket and couldnt reach it. Without any probable cause whatsoever of me stealing anything he proceeded to yank the cart out my arms and I almost dropped my child. The store manager Tony who apparently is also the security acted as if he did nothing wrong and he was just doing his job.

Came to the location for flowers for a cake. The selection was limited by color and quality some of the flowers were broken and found a bouquet that had a flower that had mold on it. But I was able to get most of the flowers I needed.

There is a vast amount of goods of good quality under one roof, customer service is good.

Ran by teenagers that dont know what they are doing and dont really care for customers. I have witnessed them standing around laughing , yet there was no one on the floor helping customers… not enough workers either,,, If you need custom service your gonna be in the line forever bcuz they always only have one associate running the area

This walmart is one of the best walmarts in Maryland. I noticed that their prices are very accurate. Unlike other locations, they tend to care more about their appearance and cleanliness. Kudos to the store manager. What I love the best here is their self-checkouts. I can be in and out in five minutes or so. Keep up the good work walmart!

While I don’t mind showing my receipt when leaving a store please don’t call them “health ambassadors” and they are touching receipt after receipt with gloves on. Not changing them in between receipts 🧾 and then to say she doesn’t see my paper plates on my receipt. She probably allowed the “real thieves” a chance to exit without checking their receipt.

Well stocked but somethings were not in the correct places or under the correct prices.

The lady at the vision center was very helpful when my glasses needed to be fixed on the fly.

I love Walmart! This store remains fully stocked more so than other Walmart in the Baltimore Co. Region due to the high traffic from Baltimore city! However, my ratings remain low because of the length of time it takes to check out. They have no self check out, Im assuming due to the high theft and although they have about 20 registers or more throughout the store, at any given time theres only about 6 registers open. The lines are so long it can take you about 20 min. Or more to check out! It feels like youre at motor vehicle, social serviceor any other government office! Although I love shopping in the store, the check out aspect of the shopping experience makes it sheer torture!!!!!😱

Never do a pick up order here. I chose to do a pick up order because Im 9 months pregnant. I followed the instructions they sent me to the T. I pulled into one of the designated spots an checked in and now an hour later have still not received anything. I went to try to pick it up inside and was told they already have it on the cart to bring it to my car so Im just stuck waiting. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never spend money here again.

Nottingham is one of my favorite super Wal-Mart, its pretty clean and well stocked but since Covid, the lines are extremely long. 10 registers are normally closed and the ones that r open have real long lines.

Fill up your shelves. It was to early in the day but to have meat and shelves stocked.

They had what I went for. One young associate I had asked for help locating a product. He seemed to be annoyed that Id stopped him stocking the shelves. Which is unusual, so I think its just a one off. Usually Ive had good associate service.Why TWO STARS u ask?Out of 18 registers the12 item of less had 15 ppl waiting in it. There was only one other register opened that had 12 full carts.I found the Mgr. & asked why the didnt have any POS (point of sale) employees at the registers, I was given one excuse that Ive been given b4 ad nauseum, some of our employees didnt show up. I was promptly told to use the self service.Ive only tried self service a few times & I loathe it.I dont work there, & I want a human being to check me out.Thats what Sam Walton wouldve wanted for himself. Im sure of that.

Theyre very limited in the fresh deli counter, gt size non flavored Greek yogurt. Only sold in 1 brand name.& Canned dog food only 2 brands olroy& pedigree.

They had what I needed in stock. The cashier was not so happy . She was like she want to be anywhere. He there but its okay life goes on .

I picked up my curbside order with no issues. I followed the instructions on the sign and they came out with my stuff and put in the car. My most pleasant experience at any Walmart.

Went to store just to drop off an item that was incorrect. The customer service associate did the return wrong, but she did admit & apologize for, however, it caused problems because she would not call for help to fix her mistake then, so I had to end up (hours later) waiting for a supervisor. , & that was ridiculous. The so called supervisor (amanda) is so unprofessional, ignorant, disrespectful, loud, etc. In another time , I would have tore her way down with my words, but I refuse to allow ignorance to lower my standards. Walmart is a place where i have shopped often, but things were bad before & now they are just plain ghetto. Amanda should in no way at all be working in any sort of customer service, she is one that needs to be mindful of what comes out her mouth. Walmart has become the most disappointing place due to the ppl that represent them

I always run into her when Im there and have a small interaction that leaves me feeling like I ran into a friend. This Walmart normally always has everything in stock except the food and cleaner. Walmart in Nottingham is the worst location ever. I made a pickup order only to be told when I arrived to pick it up, that it will not be filled. This furiates me because I drove 20 minutes to get there, sat for 30 minutes waiting and then no order. I will NEVER use this location again.

Curbside pickup is a great option to going in the store and it is free of charge. You do need to schedule the order in advance (about 2 days in advance this time) and I unfortunately couldnt figure out how to edit the order so I still had to go in. The store is still struggling to keep some items on the shelf. There were no mens undershirts on 07/25/2020.

This Walmart has gone down hill fast. So many things locked behind glass now. Tried to buy a $2 bottle of nail polish remover and had to get a manager with a key who then had to take the $2 bottle all the way to the cashier herself. Staff were friendly and helpful but obviously they are over-worked having to do this kind of thing.Whoever runs this Walmart is going to loose business if this is the way they manage the theft problem. Hire more store security instead.

I cant complain about how the shelves are stocked. You need to make sure distribution is fair to your customers. I was able to find what I needed and ordered the rest online. Walmart has the essentials and the staff are excellent at this location.

Ive been to many wally world, on my day. From va. Beach to Hagerstown md. This is my best pick. Self serve cash registers are the best. You in and out with a 100.00 dollar shopping list on 30 mins. or less.

Didnt have what I needed in the garden center and only 3 registers were open with 3 very long lines.

Prices are rising everywhere; however, of all of the WalMart locations in the area, this location tends to be the best stocked, cleanest, and employee the friendliest staff! I go out of my way to visit here opposed to the others closer to me.

I’ve been shopping at Walmart for several years now. The store associates are always helpful and courteous and this is no reflection on them.Around the summer of last year I started noticing that I would go in and would not be able to find the things I came in to get. Since then it just keeps getting worse and worse. I used to come to Walmart because the prices were great and it was convenient. This is no longer true. I go to Walmart and then I have to go to another store because they don’t have the stuff I need. I was told that it’s like this now because they do not reorder items until they run completely out of the product. So if checkout scanning is inaccurate they could potentially be out of something forever. This happened with the dog food I use. I now get it from Chewy. It’s such a shame. It used to be a great place to shop.

There are quite a few items out of stock or in disarray on the shelves. Im sure there are still pandemic logistical problems still lingering. Hopefully this store will be back to its efficient state real soon.

My mom and I stopped in here to get her prescriptions and a few odds and ends after her knee replacement surgery. They did not have a single riding cart. We came back the next day expecting different results. Still no riding carts. This is unacceptable. Staff was not helpful in the slightest when asked about it. I was told that if I dont see them, they dont have any.
