They sell very nice stuff. Need a lot of time so roam around. They have lots of Christmas decorations. They had a long que while entering. Had very interesting items. Wish I would buy these beautiful penguins n take with me to Sweden.

Loved it I bought a really good water bottle from there and the Christmas section looks so cute it’s like a winter wonderland

This is by far and large the best Range Ive been too. Its huge! I just wish they kept the art section however, its such a shame they got rid of it.

Great Halloween and Xmas things in. Went in for a few housey bits....left with a whole range of Halloween things including animated grim reaper and Xmas dancing moose ....all in a normal days shop 😆. Nice enough cafe too! Could have bought so much more...lovely!

Awful experience 90% of the times I have to go there. This time I asked a member of staff where the command strips were and their responses were, Cant hear ya and No idea! Having worked in customer service a fair bit, I can tell you the correct response to my question was, Im sorry, Im not sure where they are but Ill refer you to a colleague who will show you. When I eventually found command strips, they were in the garden section! Poor customer service and organisation.

We all love The Range. Actually my favourite The Range is the one on the other side of town, but I will still visit this one and enjoy it

Good range of items. Staff on tills could of been a bit more friendly. At least look at the customer when you ring them through the till. Overall the range is the range, so be prepared to buy things go dont need!

This store has virtually everything, the car park gets mighty busy though so watch out for that and go early if you want an easy life and an actual parking space. Sharp turn off the m roundabout and make sure you’re in the left hand lane. Grab a multitude of snacks Sy the surrounding business like Greg’s, KFC or Costa.

Everything you need at reasonable prices. My area of interest is tools and gardening. But the variety of things is important.

On the whole it was good, the only thing was, there was no direct exit without queuing at the tills.

Terrible lay out. Staff are rude and very unhelpful when asked for assistance. Shame use to like shopping in the range but since moving, this is my local and I wont bother anymore.

The range brilliant but beware carpark was just touching white line as car at side was parked so close couldnt open door so had to park over a bit got £100 fine was only there 10mins wont use this shopping centre again

Whilst visiting the Nottingham store we were hit by an awful sweaty smell which was throughout the store, thank goodness we had masks on as it was making me feel nauseous with it. How the staff work there I have no idea.

Nice and friendly, good service.. Could maybe have done with some more people on the tills as queues were building. Otherwise cant fault it.

As they day, If they dont sell it, you dont need it! Quite true. I found everything here I was looking for, plus other things. Staff are really helpful and polite, and prices are very competitive. My son used the customer toilets too, which were clean and in good condition.

What I wanted had no price lable, not on the website either & no staff to ask, I had to take a large item to the till point to ask for the price ! Not good as this isnt the first time that its happened.

Lots of homeware and pictures. Good selection of kitchen electrical appliances. However the main reason I travel here is for the craft supplies. Excellent selection of card making supplies, dies for your cutting machine. Also acrylic and watercolour paints. Craft kits for all the family. Selection of yarns for knitting and crocheting. Really good prices compared with some retailers and online shops. Good car parking outside.

The variety of mirrors, pictures, lamps, lampshades is fantastic - staff lovely and so much value for money. Brilliant shop x

Good range of products, unfortunately as with every other branch of the Range I have been in, there are quite a lot of products with out price tickets anywhere near them that match the product.

Poor customer service. Bought an item which had the price on the shelf and the same price on the box. Yet when we were charged at the till, the price was £3 more. Was told by staff that the price difference was due to Brexit!!! So no refund could be given, and that the price on the boxes and shelf would have to be changed. There are a lot of items in this store with no prices on them. Buyer beware.

I was surprised they now have kitchens on display upstairs, and they looked very good quality.There Christmas display of lights and decorations etc. terrific ! Absolute rubbish.Missus went the other week and e-mailed them about lack of staff wearing PPE, lots of customers not wearing PPE, lack of social distancing. Needless to say, their reply made an excuse for every single item she listed.Maybe if they said they would look into the matter rather than just giving the usual BS.If the police spent more time speaking to and handing out £10000 fines to these shops it might help, but we know they prefer choosing the easy individuals as usual!!

Dont go to this warehouse i went to buy 4 rolls of wallpaper and one was completely defective with a black line i went there to ask for another roll of wall paper or refund but they told me i need to call the factory because it is not their problem. I have never had such a thing in any warehouse, even a small one. then staff totally unavailable to find a solution for the customer.

Much bigger than the Radford branch in Nottingham. Very auckward to get to on foot if you cant drive & rely on public transport.

Never have things they claim they sell, staff dont know where anything is and its a big shop to have to go backwards and forwards for something that theyve run out of anyway

Its very nice and cosy. The food quality to price ratio is good. Bought 2 starters 3 mains and 2 drinks. £45. The food is very rich in taste and the waiter is very nice.

Has a vast selection.of goods. Convenient and free parking.

Great place to find just about anything you want. If you have a dog or cat the pet food range is good plus all those treats for your pet. The also sell Regatta clothing.

For a good selection of certain things like stationary and photo frames the Range is great, but the garden section is very disappointing. There is hardly anything there right now and not many plants either. It looks like they have really scaled back their lines or just cant get hold of a lot of stuff. Local garden centres are much better for this than the Range right now. I did buy a selection of plastic flowers and a vase to go with it, which really do look stunning and very well priced at around £2 a stem and this vase (see picture) has eight stems. Much much cheaper than any garden centre I have ever been to! I must say the shop in Nottingham is not doing a good job of helping out the customer in terms of queueing. We are made to stand in line next to the parent and child parking and dodge people getting in and out of cars. Also people coming out of the shop have to walk through the line to get to their cars! Really badly done 😣

Bit too crowded for me but it was a Saturday and they were operating Covid rules.

The Range is one of my favourite shops! Not enough staff on the tills at the minute though. The queues are massive and the last 2 times Ive been its taken 20-30 minutes to be served as theyve only had two people serving

I need to start going in here blind folded and ask the staff to grab what I initially went in for. Just so much good high quality stuff at great prices. Bought the LED big Ben from here and the Eiffel tower. Only went in for some pond lining 😭😭

Huge warehouse selling almost everything you need at home ranging from soft furnishings to gardening stuff. Would recommend it to anyone in Nottingham. Also has closeby burgerking, greggs and subway for a quick bite.

Love the range,but I went for some door handle for bathroom,as I want a locking door but they had handles but no last that goes in to the door so I can lock it,I was told if theres some there but if not we havent got any in stock,still like the range though.
