Do you sell bread in plastic free packages? Or can I bring my own bag?

I was going to buy some bread from this store, but to my surprise one of the staff WASNT WEARING A MASK which is completely unacceptable, disgusting, disrespectful, and selfish!

Very friendly staff... knowledgeable of each bread they bake, looked up all ingredients for pickiest of shoppers... and of course some of the best local breads you can have

I think the customer service is excellent at this location - I am especially impressed by the woman with the South African or Australian accent as her knowledge is so good. I was remarking on what I thought was an egg wash on some of the buns and she explained in detail that it was an apricot wash - who would ever quess that? Keep up the good work

We love the bread here but can’t understand why the staff at the front counter don’t wear masks! We wear a mask into every store and expect the staff to be courteous enough to wear a mask for us!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The breads are tasty and their chocolate croissant is very popular here at my place.

I was very happy with the service I recieved from Zack today, he was friendly, informative and very helpful. The sourdough bread was sooo good, love the thick sliced and the scones were delightful. I live in Coquitlam and occationally go to the Quay, with service that good I will make this COBS a regular stop.

Always so good and the staff are so friendly. Excellent cinnamon buns and pizza buns too!

The Lonsdale Quays locations machines were down and I only had my debit with me. However, the lovely employees there gave me my bread for free! It made my day and I am so thankful. Im a student and food can get so expensive. Besides this their baked goods are fantastic. I love Cobs and Im gonna go cry about this now! Thank you so much.

It was clean and everyones was very helpful. My friends child got a fun bun for free at this location when she purchased her bread.

Everything I tried was excellent. Loved the scones and cinnamon buns.

Had the Blueberry Danish and it tasted so cheap and nasty compared to Terra Breads version!
