New to the area. Girl working at the drive through did not inform me that I’d be charged for each bag. I was charged over $90 for only 1 1/2 loads because she charged it as 3 full loads by giving me extra bags… I thought she was just helping me didn’t know I was getting scammed…

I’ve used Starcrest Cleaner’s Laundry Bins service (wash & fold service) a few times. As a single mom that works full-time, I have to decide where I can enlist help. Laundry never seems to be totally done, but this same-day service has been SO helpful!

Professional dry cleaner offering a customer loyalty/rewards program, friendly customer service, and same day service. A convenient drive-thru is offered with staff often time recognizing who you are by way of license plates camera identification technology used, or just by familiarity. My only criticism is the price — a little on the expensive side, but if I’m going to pay a premium, I’d rather pay a premium to a company that does the things I mentioned above. It would be nice if they offered home pick-up/delivery for no additional fee assuming the customer spends a certain amount (similar to the grocery store model), but other than those minor suggestions, it’s a great company to do business with.

Took in a comforter to be cleaned, and came back with black marks along one side.

Always friendly staff, very courteous and willing to help. They frequently have my order pulled and ready when I drive up and they remember all of my special requests. Highly recommended.

You really cant beat the service and availability of Starcrest. The sunday hours for example are very convenient. They made a small tear on the sleeve of one of my shirts and made it right which I thought was fair. I have had issue of small buttons by the wrist of dress shirts falling off when I get my shirts back. Other than that, quick and convenient service undoubtedly with Starcrest.

I never have a problem getting my clothes cleaned. I do keep having a problem with getting charged for someone elses clothes from a different store. Somehow - accidents happen - my number is on their clothes. After being told and charged a number of times my clothes are on Market St, I decided to go over and check it out. They are not my clothes. I made that clear. I continue to go to the College Ave location where they charge me for my College Ave clothes and the clothes at Market St. After countless times of being charged, I finally got very blunt and said, Look, Im only going to tell you guys 10 more times that they are not my clothes. Ive taken my time to go over to Market and proven they are not. Now its time for you tell the appropriate people to take action so I stopped being bothered by it. I continue to be charged. The next time I get charged, Im just going to go to Market, pick up the clothes and put them in the garbage. I just feel sorry for the person who is without their clothes. Its been about a year so Im sure they wont miss them.

Matt and the team help to inform us (customers) of options, along with their recommendations for the best processes needed for the inevitable soiled clothing problems we bring. My shirts are always clean and crisp when I use Starcrest. I didnt realize at first, though, that you needed to ASK to have creases in the sleaves and specify if you want heavy starch. They have had me squared away ever since. There is also a drive through service you can utilize at no extra cost and several other services they provide. Took my 50% silk comforter here and they did a great job on that too.

This place is tops in dry cleaning and laundry. The personnel are very friendly and I love the text message I receive when my clothing is ready.

Ive been coming here for over a year and I have never had a problem! The manager works side-by-side with the employees, staff has always been courteous in helping customers, laundry is always returned clean and pressed in a timely manner. There are other Starcrest Cleaners in the BloNo area but I only come to this location. Im so thankful for their outstanding work, I sometimes bring the employees snacks.

I took my daughters bridal veil in this morning to get it steamed. I needed it back by the end of the day. The manager said he would do it for FREE in about 3 minutes! I cried (literally) for joy at the generous offer. Considering all we are doing, it was a true blessing to have someone be so kind and considerate for a very harried mother of the bride. Absolutely wonderful customer service! I showed up late this evening just as they were closing, to drop off a suit that I needed dry cleaned. Im sure that the three people working were extremely exhausted after a long and busy shift, and could have easily walked into the back and pretended like they were closed and I was too late. I mean, even if they just told me that they were closing up and that I would have to come back tomorrow, I would have completely understood. Instead, they were willing to go to the enormous inconvenience of staying the extra 30 seconds and checking in my suit. I know it may seem like a small task...but seriously, those guys deserve a raise! It is so hard to find good help these days, so the manager there is extremely lucky!!!

Great cleaners - they will next you when theyre done and it usually takes around 18 hours. They also have a drive through for express pick up. A little pricey - but cant complain

The only reason I am not rating Starcrest Cleaners higher is due to the fact that my request for cowboy starch seems to always come up short. More starch in the collar and around the cuffs is needed to classify as cowboy (extra heavy) starch.

Were new to the area and stopped in at this cleaner to have sofa cushion covers, feather pillow top and a basic blanket cleaned. Items that have ALL been cleaned at our former cleaners, prior to our move.The girl at the counter immediately announced that they dont take a chance cleaning the sofa cushion covers, for fear that they could shrink.Then, after accepting the pillow top and blanket, ran out to our car to say they couldnt clean that either, due to the down filling... but they could send it out for cleaning at a cost of $100 🤨This place is clearly not a TRUE professional cleaner, and only possesses the ability to handle basic fabrics, subcontracting all truly dry clean only items externally, to a real cleaner.So we decided to leave with all of our items, and went to the legit mom and pop cleaner on Airport Rd instead... where we will be bringing ALL of our dry cleaning going forward.

College student here. This was my first time using dry cleaning and the staff was kind. They didnt give me a hard time whatsoever with all my questions and concerns over the items I brought in. They somehow got out the obnoxious ketchup spill/stain as well from an expensive coat, and that was impressive in itself.10/10 would recommend

Not to good in starching pants. The ticket says HEAVY but when I pick them up theres no starch. The only good thing was a credit was added to my account for the inconvenience.

Quick, convenient, friendly and on the rare occasion theres a mistake they always try to make it right. Best dry cleaners in town.

Was not impressed with the customer service I received here. I was asked for all of my personal information just to leave my clothes. At the end of giving all of my information I had no idea when my clothes would be ready and I got no thank you have a good day. Probably will not be back.

Best Dry Cleaner around!

One day I showed up about 10 minutest before my clothes were due to be done; I thought I was driving right by there and it was worth the gamble to save me a possible return trip to pick them up. Starcrest was very busy at the time and apologized that my clothes were not ready. No big deal, like I said it was a gamble. I told them that Id be back after a haircut in about 45 minutes and the manager assured me my clothing would be ready. When I came back the clothes were indeed ready, but yet the manager apologized again for them not being ready when I came by earlier and waived my bill. To me this was a huge show of respect for their customers satisfaction and it made a huge impression on me. All companies will have an occasional off/bad day, but in the three years of going to Starcrest on College Ive had nothing but good experiences. -JC
