Outer building is like a government college but the interior like an MNC without a doubt.HRs have too many communication gaps with the project managers. People were sitting there for 6-7 hours and didnt even attend their 1st round of interview including Myself.

I had only heard about SEO that it helps a website to rank in the Google or other search engines, but I believed it only when I hired HCL Technologies to avail their SEO services for my website. They told me on the process how would everything be done and initially found out the relevant keywords for my business. Working on those keywords, I was sent monthly report to be aware where my keywords ranked and it worked. I could see the results coming my way and I had good business coming through my website than the offline sources.

Started my career from here. They exploit you as a resource. Full with politics. Dont expect much salary. And you can get max of 10% hike when you are exceptionally good and average of 5% hike. Only good for food and canteen and gym and monument point of view.

Have to login before login time because of his manager. In team, only 4 person including me is working for 11hrs daily. There is no management. HR should reach out to employees as managers are scared them on the name of HR like if u dont login early we will call for hr meet and many others. There is no transparency and stressful conditions because of unprofessionalism only.They abuse mentally. HR should conduct survey surreptitiously.

Focus on work rather than on unwanted things . You are not paying 2 crore per annum. So what you are paying, take work according .

Very beautiful campus and working environment. Diffrent buildings with open and beautiful landscaping. They have 3 big cafeteria inside and there are ample eateries outside. Very large number of employees work here in diffrent shifts so you can see activity 24x7. Lot of shows, health awareness sessions happens there creating a good working atmosphere. They also take care of stray dogs which freely roams inside the campus, in fact they have shelters and fed by the staff.

Currently this is my workplace and the Campus is very huge and the infra structure and seating location i loved it.This Campus has 3 Big Cafeteria and lots of vendors with lots of varieties of food and Snacks.Lots of other facilities like Gym, Indoor games HealthCare, Creche etc.

I was there for interview only. Seem good.Nice environment, Just confused why I was offer a good pay on phone but in interview, they offered very less than that, I felt somewhat bad. But its good actually to be a place where you meet good people and many people. now Im working in a company they pay more than them but there only 6 people work and I feel like Im not in a company, I want a big company but now Thinking to make my own😎😎

Good company to work with. One of my friend works here. Everything is good here. Employees will be delighted if food quality served could be much better from what is served at present .... as arranging good food in a middle of day for bachelors is nearly not possible....

One of the HCL building in sec-60, opposite of shopprix mall and near kanchanjunga market. It is spacious and equipped with all modern amenities and it has gym also for HCL employees.

No fuss place...total Desi interviewer so..I will rate avg..cant compare it with Mnc like Accenture

They Called me for an interview but contact person there forgot for which skill they called me .Anyhow, finally they recollected the information to start my interview after they made me wait for 2 hours.I have 12 yrs of work exp. and the person interviewed me was having 4 years of experience.I had no plans to join here as I have got the feedback from some people that even if they release offer but they may cancel it anytime orseries of their interviews will be there which can take more than an year and finally they may come up to you saying - project got on hold.haha ..No comments on premises infra .. ,Visit there and you will come to know the condition there like 20 year old back sarkari office inside.All the Best.

I went for an interview for the C++ profile so i will define my experience accordingly. The place was a but isolated in the sector 60, it was clean but i could see less employees working there. It was the RnD department. The internal look and feel of the building was like of a government office. The only difference you would find that there was centralized AC. Also the test that they conducted was tough and a good way to judge technology skills. Though i failed the test as it was so difficult but still i like the way they are interviewing people.

One of worst company ever come across in my life. They have eaten away my 1 month August, 2017 salary after serving 2 months notice also. Managers are vry much partial towards employees and hr never stick to their own words. My hr told me that after relieving i will get my hold salary but it never comes to my account and asking me to pay 40k of bond which is absolutely wrong calculation. Never ever believe hr of this company they make false promises to employees. If you want to make your life hell join this company nd you also need to do overtime without any pay. Unnecessary salary deductions one can face.

Govt job type company and salary hike rate is very low. Awesome campus, great cultural events with Bollywood celebrities. Good Work life balance , work cultural is also good.

They do not need talented employee.they need cheap employee who cannot leave them.may be he is cmii5 but process is very poor and outdated .They can refuse you even after sending you proposed offer letter.This company is good if you are planning for retirement but not for fresher or prople who are in mid of your carrer.

Went there with contact person in email - Harshita then was not allowed inside by security for about 1 hour then waited for 3 more hours inside told HR representative(Yash Vardhan) my requirement was provided by someone named Sweety (as told to me by Pinaki) still had an interview with someone asking for totally different technologies. So I Had to excuse myself and leave this place.HR Representative dont know who and why someone is called for the interview this indicates management is indifferent to problem to any candidate.
