One of the worst company with worst management. Once you get selected the HR, nor CEO OR CTO revise your call. They only ask for Leads without providing any calling software nor a training.No HR policies no SOPs no protocols.This company Sends you PIP in just 25 working days from the date joining before your salary dates comes near,They hold salary without any justification and valid point. I dont recommend this company to anyone.Please dont Trust the company and also Please think before doing Project with them.

Worst company ever,I worked for two months in this company, very bad management there.I have not received any appointment letter after two months,Too much work pressure, they give you project and ask to complete within very less time and if you unable to complete it they will hold your salary and without any reason they terminate you without paying a single rupee.No work culture and professionalism.HR is very irresponsible,Completely fraud company.

They provided an amazing experience!! They provided the service at a very affordable cost and the staff was very polite and helpful. The entire process was seamless and did a great job by managing everything and delivering the product on time.

They are hiring on urgent basis and than terminate after one month working time is 9 to 9 also calling in night for work and after all not providing salary of that month.

Ouctus did an incredible job of designing our new website and logo. They are very creative, reliable and certainly one of the best service providers as they have changed the way I used to think about design and its impact on our customers.

Definitely wouldnt recommend Ocutus as this company steals databases containing personal data and sends unsolicited advertisements which are just insulting.
