Good infrastructure of office and cooperative staff

Poor management....they shortlisted me for the profile of acccount executive, then taking my interview and then they told me that Im not selected.....when I asked about whats the reason HR said.....u have lack of confidence....mtlb kuch bhi.....inko koi y btaay mata jii...bande mein confidence kam.krne se ata h....abhi m.fresher hun

Management was very poor. No one going for the interview totally wasted your time.I am going for 2 times interview in that company. Interview process was very poor. I went their with my husband for interview they dont allow him to sit in the waiting area.

Work culture is good. Every one here is polite, professional and performance oriented. This make HestaBit a great place to work at.

Hello Guys,If youre going for the Interview in Hestabit.Please aware for which profile you are going for the interview and If youre going for the interview of PHP Laravel.Dont go for the interview because interviewer asked the wrost question about php he didnt use on future because Laravel provide lots of features already for API or admin panel or website. And also first time in my life interviewer asked the question about my current salary and expected salary and showing attitude.Dont go for the interview for backend developer.Suggestion - A well interviewer asked about my resume mentioned technology.(Anshul Mishra)And dont ask to any interviewee for salary discussion.Because salary discussion work for Hr not to interviewer.Thanks

Do not trust this company!They use underpaid employees but will over charge you so they can make big profits with fake promises. This causes the project to be developed with a amateurish coding and management giving you a horrible return of your investment since every other month they need to replace the devs and managers that end up leaving because they cant handle this company ethics, so you are almost starting from scratch every 1-2 months making impossible to make a functional and working project if you need a professional and serious development, run away from this company!

Dont go for interview there. Very irregular interview process if you have 6-7 hours or you are full day free then you can go for interview. Thay calls people in bulk but there is only one interviewer takes interview for all of them. He takes 45-60 minutes to each candidate so your turns can come after 6-7 hours later. Because my turns also came after waiting 5 hours.They instructed wait for 1 hour on reception area only filling query form. They dont care about candidates valuable time also its a small company.

Its a bit difficult to explain Life @ Hestabit in few words, although it has been more than 4 years with HESTABIT which went like a shooting star. I have seen a lot of ups and downs here and enjoyed every moment, never felt left out at any point. I love the working environment, colleagues, Management even the clients, just because its like a family.We work hard and we party hard

They have no sense of taking interviews, if you are fresher they ask you the questions of 5 years of experienced person, when you are experienced they dont even ask a single question from your relevant experience, worst experience..dont go there
