Worst place. Good till you buy it. Once ordered will have infinite delay and wont be courteous enough to accept mistake.Folks i am waiting since 19th sept. You first gave covid reason for delay, now defect. On top of that arguing that i can-not wait. Also now asking another 10-12 days for delivery. Worst. Instead of calling ove phone and being courteous sending whatsapp message. Worst professional experience.

Good till time you dont buy. Once a product is bought tough to chase them. Its has been 4-5 weeks furniture is not yet delivered and still asking for 10-12 days. Store manager is not even courteous to accepts its mistake.Also if product has failed quality check I am updated over whats app. Thats funny you dont have courtesy to give a call back instead have been sharing since morning that your furniture is on way. Have some professionalism folks. Dont hide your mistakes. Instead of replying long focus on customer delivery. Look on language If you are unable to wait. The store is good. Has quite a lot display pieces. But they dont have electricity backup. The whole time we were there, there was no light in the store, so our trip was a waste.

They are very slow in delivery. Even after 20 days I could not get my sofa. No coordination with Supply and installation person. He will keep bothering u whether sofa has been received or not.So I will single or zero Starr for delivery, customer support.Quality details will be shared later on.Please deal carefully prior to make any payments.Now service part, m constantly struggling to repair/resolve the sofa complaints since last one month.But still not resolved.Not impressed at all and does not reccommend.

Went to see the study tables on display. Decent finishes prices reasonable( discounted) warranty for a year . One has to select, pay up and item will reach in a weeks time. The only hassle is that despite an order, the chosen product cannot be customized for the shade etc . Or foot rest as an add - on . The products are backed by good branding though .

The sales and after sales both are pathetic. Purchased the bed on 4th Sep, but bed was not delivered for 20 days. Now it has been delivered but installation is still not done properly. Extremely BAD After sales service. I had purchased Dining Chairs 2 years ago. The quality of foam is very bad and is compressed to the limit that the wooded block below is hurting. Now we are asking for repair and getting false promises. It has been more than a month and neither customer care nor store staff is ready to look into the matter. I will not recommend purchasing any product from EVOK...

We had issues with the the first delivery of the sofa and after persistent follow up for three months the old sofa ultimately had been replaced.mister Naresh Bhati was very helpful in getting the sofa replaced and the technician Mr. Girish Kumar who came to install rest of it was excellent.Quite satisfied with the product and the overall service.Keep it up. 😀😀😀👍🏼

Bought a 6 seater dining table and study table and chair worth 74k with a commitment that will get delivery within a week. But after 4 days while checking was informed by the store incharge that itll take another week for delivery.Thats pathetic! Selling products with the wrong commitment. To make the things worse, store manager and salesperson stop taking my calls.Would never recommend this store to anyone in my life and hope to get delayed delivery of my productsIts seriously getting messi ! After waiting for almost 2 weeks for one of the products (study table) what I get to know from the staff is that itll take another one week for the product to get delivered.Seriously ?? Also as a consolation what staff offered me was that they can arrange for refund if I need it now as they cannot do anything if the product is not available.Thats incredible way of selling I believe 🙄Im decided that Im not gonna purchase EVOK products any further in my life 🧬

I got a Dinning table set ( with 4 chairs) just before pandemic from Shipra Mll, Indrapuram . all 3 chairs broke with an year.Pathetic Quality . I fixed one from them that to by paying service charge ( while I was said that it has lifetime service free) and it again broke down within a month .Now again they are asking money for services. Please dont buy from EVOK.

Updating My previous comment related to delivery and installation.Update @ 30/09/2021Purchased Travis L shape Sofa on Jan 2021 and raised a complaint on 22nd August related to noise issue, uneven in seating issue, high bubbling in upholstery. technician visited at my place and verified the issue. After this real suffering started.Customer Care and store forwarded the complaint to Mr Naresh Bhati, and Mr Bhati just give assurance and buying time from last one and half month without any resolution.I called and communicated multiple time with store, customer care and Mr bhati, but apart from assurance I am getting nothing. I even tagged the complaint on twitter but without any response.Today finally I sent a formal mail to the heads of evok and planning to go to consumer forumThis is my suffering, this can be your suffering also, so if you are planning to purchase any product from here, be sure that if it comes to service, they will not even respond you.

Only issue was that Considering everyone is wearing a mask nowadays and the store is in the basement, there was no circulation of air. Just one fan running in this 40 deg heat. Terrible service. Firstly, the delivery was delayed due to no valid reason, and the one of the items was also left out to be delivered a few days later. Secondly, in the delivered sofa set, the 3-seater sofa was defective. We have been trying to contact the manager and salesperson for a replacement/repair for two months now. They completely ignored the calls for the first month, and after we complained through Evok headquarters, they have scheduled to come several times but never showed up.

Very good furniture, along with good brand name. Sales person Dharmendra is very soft, knowledged and patient while showing and explaining the features of furnitures. No false selling, only true commitments. Delivery was done before promised time, and person who came to assemble the furniture was also good, having proper tools for assembly. I am very satisfied with the quality. On a higher side in terms of price, but price is justified in quality and service.
