Attitude of the staff member taking orders at sector 137 Supertech Ecociti physical store was discourteous and appalling. During COVID times when sanitisation measures are of immense concern, they sent a young lad to deliver articles carrying all the products in his bare hands without any packet. This happened twice and When we called to inquire the staff started arguing that we did not ‘ask’ for a packet . We informed that being such a basic thing we expected the articles to be delivered in a packet and who would imagine that the delivery person would carry articles in his hands. Again he argued that customers don’t pay for packets which is a baseless argument since they ask for payment upfront before dispatching the articles. Not only did he argue like an illiterate and irrational citizen not realising the importance of zero contact and sanitisation measures, he even had the audacity to argue and shout with the customer to defend their irresponsible actions. Apart from this they do not have the appropriate skills to handle the billing system to adjust credit notes as they never returned the money that was due even after reminding them over WhatsApp messages and asking the delivery guy too.This was our last and disappointing experience with this brand. This review has been posted to make customers aware that neglecting health advisories and bad attitude towards customers should not be ignored.
