I made a purchase from one of eStore Indias outlet.I made a payment via Paytm UPI after my purchase and the transaction went successful and the amount got deducted from my account. There was some issue with the internet with their billing POS device, it could not fetch the bill and the time of billing got expired.The counter executive asked me to pay again as he could not fetch the bill due to internet issues in his device. Technically, I have already paid and why should I have paid twice. I requested them to call their manager who was sitting somewhere in Sikandrabad, Dist - Bulandshahr. On the call, he said (to his executive) we dont care about the customers payment, our machine should fetch the bill. This was my first experience with e-Store India and I did not expect such ugly behaviour.Also, the team at the store was rude with behaviour. Hardly know how to behave with the customer.
