Cute little stuff that u cant get anywhere else.

This branch has horrible customer service and the employees have an attitude problem. They dont entertain any queries or provide any service. Also they close the store at 8 p.m.

The miniso in logic mall has all the beauty, skin care and daily essentials but many products are not in stock. The place is hygienic and staffs (only 2) are good.

The Miniso store here is similar to those you find otherwise. But strangely it has some more items here including keyboard and mouse. And other stationary items and pouches. The place is God to find items with good quality at cheaper price. People casually visit this place and fall in love with the items inside. Do visit.

I am a regular customer of miniso have visited many stores of miniso of different locations but this is worst store i have ever visited1 I kept hand sanitiser on basket which they scanned by mistake before billing they were not ready to return said now it is scanned cannot be cancelled i have to buy2 They don’t have well maintained stock price tag are half torn I bought organiser with price Rs60 on billing they scanned Rs260 which i saw post billing then they were not ready to exchange told me to cm other day as our system is not updated there owner is also fraud her concern was billing is done by cash or card how they have maintained stock is not important for her fooling customers some how i got it exchanged after argument .3 I bought toothbrush holder which unfortunately doesn’t fit in given space of my home for that also they refused to exchange said we exchange only on quality issues whereas on counter desk they ha e written exchange in 15 days of purchase i went very next day of purchase probably there store don’t have good sale so they are just clearing stock very poor staff and service4 Miniso products are good but this particular store is very bad in terms of dealing cheating customers

This is one place that is simple and yet elegant. They have s variety of products that are decently priced and staff is always at hand to help. Really like the simplicity of this place and the efficiency with which this store is run.

This place is a stop over as you get a lot of things in your small budget from cosmetics, stationery, notepads, pillows, mats,cups, . They have an ample variety

Rude and worst staff never recommend anyone

Some things are really usefull, and some just seems to be. A bit costly for the material they are selling.

Mini Compact & Have everything required for daily useThis is the first store in India that I noticed, I used to shop miniso product from other countries and have been used to their product quality and varieties. finally I saw this brand in India also. Price wise its quite cheaper as compared to Thailand (considering conversion rate). This particular store is quite small as compared to the ones you find in other places where you get more product ranges. still basic are always there. Anything from daily accessories for female and also for daily necessity for home.

Miniso is a Chinese low-cost retailer and variety store chain that specializes in household and consumer goods including cosmetics, stationery, toys, and kitchenware.Initially price of all items was less. Gradually they have increased the price.

Daily need as well as fashion accessories can be found here imported from Japan. Price matches its quality and at par with other brands. Many items are innovative designed that you will be tempted to purchase. Staff is Indian and is trained to be polite and helpful.

Horrible experience !! The staff doesn’t have skills to provide all the information to the customer and still carry lot of attitude, instead of apologizing. The manger in this logix mall store is highly arrogant and not training the sales staff well. JAAN MOHAMMAD the sales person very smartly lies on the face of the customer. If this brand want to keep the business in long run they need to train there sales staff well to provide more information . Ideally I would recommend and advise better buy such products from amazon, they are far better in customer service

The so called Store Manager has no manners and seems like an uneducated person who doesnt even has basic etiquette regarding how to deal with customers. Very bad first time experience with Miniso. Hope they educate their CHEAP staff keepers.

The representative girl has a little attitude. She told us half terms and conditions before sale. Very bad first time experience. Teach some etiquettes to them. Thank you.I wish you would have given an option of 0 star rating.

Prices are best, quality of products & variety are at it optimal best, must visit place for at your day to day stuff!

A place for some good and unique stuff

MiniSo is a Japanese Brand Launched last year in India.It has opened its store in almost all prime locations of Delhi NCR.Some products are worth their price.Others are just super duper expensive.They sell single empty bottles at RS. 150 Each.Apart from it, they have many products much costly.

Dont want to give 1 star.Reached store at 9:30pm by that time it was closed. I traveled for this from far away. I request staff for shopping they refused. Very rude

Defective electronic products.I purchased an aroma diffuser, its packing was tempered and it was not working properly as well, no support and assistance from staff whatsoever..gosh they are rude to another level.
