Basic saloon with limited stock availability. Dont confuse it with iconic looks. Its not even close to that. Hair cut charges go to a base price of 350 but once you get served, its no better than a regular hair saloon who charges 50 bucks for a hair cut.Bottom line:- Run Away before they catch you.

Though overpriced, I was a regular customer of Looks, sector 18 salon and recommended it to everyone. But during my last visit i had horrendous experience. The vintage staff here is cold and wont bother to apologise to the customer even if they are at fault. Looks professional though they have hired a bunch of non-empathetic people. An overpriced salon with below standard professionalism.

Worst parlour!!! They are always in hurry...They loot their customers. Services have no standard. Complete 3rd class services. Please do not waste your money here.

Never go to these guys, highly unprofessional.Paul is a pathetic hairdresser but acts as if he is so experienced. He has no idea about any technique and lies to customers and oversells. he ruined my hair and my friends hair colour

The place was quite suffocated and it wasz like you are getting hair cut in no mans land.. SO quiet place remind me of Upside down from Strangers thing

The salon had no water when i went there. And the staff was roaming around, gossiping. The place is dirty. And nothing called as professionalism. Dint like it at all. I usually go to looks, dwarka, which is much better in terms of service.

Worst service experience at Looks GIPThey believe in getting the client done in minimum time instead of focusing on the best service.At a time two people were doing the service, where one was doing the facial and at the same time other was doing the waxing. A salon like looks doesnt have the basic sense that facial is for relaxation and waxing involves pain and these two practices should not be performed together.After such an expensive facial the black heads were visible, where I dont have many cause I do the weekly scrubbing, daily cleansing and weekly facepack and I am blessed with a good skin.They dont follow the basics of waxing where it has to be performed understand in the sensitive skin areas. I have got burnt marks on both of my legs and arms. I have minimal hair on my body, still, for the very first time waxing was painful.Obviously the charges are as good as you pay in geetanjali or affinity or anyother good salon. I would prefer going and exploring a down the lane parlour, instead of going to looks GIP.

Service is not good...very poor ambience....congested and dirty....staff is gossiping and taking their own selfies...they r not interested in providing good service to guest....management is very rude..girl sitting on the reception is just trying to convince u for more packages..but if u deny she wll become arrogant....I took a package in which they hv written 10 services including body massage and facial. But after payment they r saying it is just 15 mins machine massage which is nowhere mentioned in the card....once they get the payment they wl mould everything according to their own terms...NEVER GO THERE....

I would have given a Zero Rating if possible. After getting a Facial here, I got Dermatitis. I will never come back to this place.

I took a deal from nearbuy n took an appointment from salon then. The AC was not working so waxing couldnt be done and inspite of taking appointment I was not informed about this when I called.Services are OK types.
