Thanks webkul support team. I have an Opencart shop site with numerous modules from different developers. Webkul support staff were able to tell me what modules were causing issues. This made it possible for me to go back to the root cause of bugs that were in my site and get them fixed. Then I went back to Webkul they installed the AMP and Cache modules. The modules work great. This app, let me tell you, is amazing! Its actually not user friendly, but thats subjective right? To me it was overwhelming in the beginning. But with their customer support responding to every inquiry I had and with Jyoti soon becaming my favorite I learned quickly haha! She helped so much! Consumer Deception by Webkul Mobile IOS TEAM (SWIFT)We have purchased Webkul mobile APP (Opencart Mobile APP) We are having some problems with the Opencart Mobile APP IOS Team (Swift Team). They are deliberately delaying our request for a fair correction without even completing it in the name of customized service. As you know, APP is useful when Android and IOS coexist. Android apps are fine. But the iOS app doesnt work as it should. When we ask the IOS team to make a correction request, They always ask us to contact the sales team. There are many problems with the app, and theyre just claiming theres no problem. They tell us to upload the App to the APP store at our end without giving the IPA file. They say we have to pay an extra 75 USD to put it on the App Store. We havent bought the source code yet because were not sure about the app. Is it possible to publish an app without an IPA file? They are amazing friends. They are unbelievable friends.To summarize the behavior of the Webkul Opencart Mobil APP iOS team is following:1.They habitually fix one thing for the apps and delete or change miserably other functions.2.They have placed the 2 pictures intentionally invisible and miserably even though they can place them normally as it is now.3.They have agreed to put the Logo and it placed badly at the first stage. and, They asked us for additional money if we need to put the Logo in the right position and size. still dont want to fix it yet.4.We asked to make the text a little darker and the result with they made the icon bigger by about X1.5 than the previous version. still doesnt want to recover.5.Voice Search is the basic free feature that they did not even install before. When we asked them to install and fix the feature, They said it is a customized service as usual. One day after, They said they will do it. They have installed and sent only the voice search icon. The search bar was cut in half due to the microphone icon, making it an unusable search bar. It has function works. But, when type a few alphabet can not see any word.They have sent us a sample where the app disappears when the microphone icon is pressed. even now has the same problem.6.They made excuses for updating the language files multiple times, despite the clear evidence.7.They have never exactly responded to the questions we asked. They only responded to what you wanted to respond to.8.They always said they have fixed it. and didnt send us the sample app for our confirmation. When we checked later, there was nothing fixed or changed.9.They obviously have an app splash problem and they dont even want to try to fix it just because its the same as your IOS demo.10.They made a mistake as if we didnt know how to use it well.11.App not working properly and theyre just claiming theres no problem. (notification without sound)12.They tell us to upload the App to the APP store at our end without giving the IPA file if we need upload need to pay 75 USD.We are suffering huge losses and damages due to their negligence.

Very Bad experience on my first approach to this company. There team is all in one only as per my very bad experience. I called one of their Shopify department when I asked the lady who were on call that what department you are she said its the support, so I needed to have a word with whos managing the Business development whom I could have a word for Business partnerships as I am looking for the solution to help one of my Shopify plus client. She turnout to be the Business Analyst all of sudden and says I am the support and both but there is no one who are taking responsibility for BD or as a decision maker.You must have the better support or the better BA in your team who might know what to answer when someones on call to have business with you guys.

A frustrated customer.Its been almost a month now, and these lame guys do not understand that for a business many what is the importance of time. The are acting like lazy guys who do not want to work. They do not connect you with the developers...As they believe we will poach them.They have several questions, buy adventurously they will ask only ONE question at one time (probably its against their policy to ask all querries in one go)... So..since November, we wanted to upgrade our working website (for that the process was to remove the mobile application from the working website and attach it to the new website)..To wonder, its been a more then a month now, we are only playing ticket-ticket.They ask me one question...When I see the ticket...I reply...than when they see my message...They ask another question....then I see a ticket...then I reply...and this thing goes on and on and on...I will update, when the will remove all queries..A frustrated customer wanting to do some business.

At first I gave them a 5 star rating. But upon using their app for a few weeks I found it to be riddled with bugs and unreliable. I had to reach out to them over a dozen times during development to solve even basic problems and could never get anyone on the phone to resolve issues directly. Often times, their email responses were vague or did not directly answer my questions, forcing me to waste even more time with lengthy follow up emails.The multi payout component of their app was terrible. Their Stripe Connect was poorly designed and so unreliable in checkout that it broke the entire website, forcing us to rethink our entire design and wasting weeks of development time and money. They refused to fix the issue and insisted that it was working fine despite evidence to the contrary.To add insult to injury, their free trial was too short a period of time and eventually forced us to pay for the app even though we were still in development. NO unlimited free trial for development stores like many trustworthy apps provide. Once we deleted the app, they also sent us a passive aggressive email stating all our data was deleted and offering no way to obtain a copy should we need it in future.NOT good value for price. I would recommend using another app even if it costs a little more. It will save you time, money and aggravation.
