Guys serious note. Dont join this company because this company management is zero. Unprofessional everyone here and. These people give very low salary. These people will torture you by getting you in bound. Hr and all managers torture to all employees. Here. Dont sign any bound and notice. This is Thinksys trap.

A friend of mine used to work in this company. I was going to go here for a interview. but i didnt go, My friend told that this company is very worst. There is no management or no policies here. You can fire anytime from here. Here employees are harassed. My friend has been mentally touched by the people here that he is in problem today. So dont go there. No one will listen to you here. Hr, Leads, managers all the same. High level poltics, zero appraisal, hire and fire. I will report against this company.

This is very worst company. Don`t go, Reasons-1. Zero management, 2. Hr don`t know anything about company rules and protocols, 3. All managers and lead playing politics with employees than fire, 4. This company runs like a shop because no policies no rules regulations no management. you can fire anytime from here, 5. All people totally unprofessional, 6. And here nobody listens to the employees, Don`t go there, you will cry.

I have been contacted by HR to get interview, Interview went pretty well, Interviewer mentioned it was all positive from her end , then after 2 day when I checked then got email with general message that we are not proceeding, when asked to share actual feedback , they are not replying and when called HR she said might be feedback have been interchanged , I will check and let you know. from then no response from them. Are you guys even serious about what you are looking for or just doing time pass. Giving 1 star for the wasting my time

I noticed someone gave the inferior review for Thinksys on my name with some bad intentions, but here I want to post my genuine review.I was in Thinksys from 2015 to 2021 and joined as fresher. I got so many opportunities also motivated from the management & technical department. Thinksys is a better platform to learn & upgrade your skills which I did.Pros:1. Can share your ideas and collaborations with management & HR anytime2. Better place to upgrade your skills3. Apart from work culture Thinksys organize other fun activities to motivate employees4. Seniors/Managers/HR are very polite and anytime can take help from them.5. Free & yummy Snacks ;)I could not think of any major cons, but sometimes a lot of work pressure, but enjoyed it too. Overall I would say that Thinksys is a great place to work for all.

I have worked with Thinksys as a Senior Software Engineer during 2019-2021. I was just looking around for company details and find a review with my name. I am not sure why someone posted a review with my name. I have worked with Thinksys for about 2 years. I do not recall anyone with my name in the Thinksys system, who ever worked with Thinksys. I can be sure on this as I have been digging down employee records several time to find some relevant profiles for some urgent requirements during my engagement.I would like the counter the above review as that is inappropriate and inspired with some malicious intentions. Here is my honest review regarding Thinksys.Pros:1. Honours the commitment they make.2. Great growth opportunity, you can certainly explore you full potential.3. Good job security and support from management during any personal crisis.4. Openness to new ideas and collaborations.5. Thinksys lets you do what you actually want to do, this actually help me add several new skills to my technology stack.I could not think of any major cons, but I would add to it that Thinksys should add efforts in employee engagements.I would say that Thinksys is a great place to work!!!

Worst company, worst management. Politics plays a lot in this company with employees.They can fire you anytime without any reason.And you will ask why did you fire me, then these people will say that you are not working properly. They did the same me to, but now Im happy they fired me. Because i was wasting my time here.

I am still working here. The place really great. Good working environment. Excellent staff, everyone is really helpful. Any employee would desire to have an environment like this. No one is left behind, the cooperate and work together.

Company is good but due to bond, it makes it average company. So before joining think twice.

Very nice company with really good infra structure. if you want to crack interview here than you should a good basic knowledge because the interview process is average and nice.

They want employees on urgent basis ( 15 days) but they give 90 days notice period.Interview process is too long.They want only theory, word to word answers.Poor experience.

I went there for interview. Interview process was good. They were asking very basic questions which should be asked to freshers. I have a 5yrs years experience. Its a big company located in good location.
