Not a place for talented guys to work in. Tech initial rounds conducted are totally random. They simply do not hire smart people. Open walkin drives are conducted just to satisfy stakeholders and maintain the records on papers. Even many work experienced persons and many talented freshers get rejected in Round 1, which is really basic.Really pathetic.Advice: Value people who go to attend these drives.

The examgrading team with QA InfoTech has been the epitome of work from home even before this pandemic chained humanity within the confines of their homes. As I complete my 13 years with QA InfoTech, I can say with a lot of pride and joy that this journey had been wonderful. Of course, initially it was a new and unpleasant thing for family and friends to accept, all the more since I had given up my university teaching job for this assignment, but now everyone around realizes the responsibilities involved with WFH. During these 13 years, with my husband’s job, I had traveled and stayed in different parts of the country but never did my work suffer. Communication, co-operation, dedication and discipline, both individually and collectively, are the four wheels on which we drive this “career” ahead. I worked there for almost 5 years. A very good company to kick-start your career. They work on the latest open source technologies so a lot to learn there. They have the most talented Test Automation team with few great Leads.Poor work-life balance and a bit of VIP culture is very irritating. Policies change frequently, pretty much everyday, there should be some stability.

For the technical advancement and security we need such kind of companies. They are serving for the goodness of cyber securities and testings. Now when we come to this place. This place is quiet because of lesser offices near to this building and building is quiet good .
