Absolutely abysmal service by Pine labs, their email IDs are defunct, they keep cutting the calls after making you wait on the toll free number for half an hour and refuse to give any email ID to connect with them on. I spoke to a customer service representative by the name of Alisha who refused to give me her full name, any kind of email id or help in anyway. I have been trying to shut my account with them for 4 months, Ive got no responses and they keep deducting my money. Would not recommend to anyone.

Poor services, pathetic in patient satisfaction, they make false commitments of services. Once they are paid with their charges and fee etc they don’t even care. Representative who collected the payments online will start ignoring you.I made the payments 17 days back for pos terminal. They committed to give me the same in 4-5 days. Now they are not bothered as they got their payments.

Then we talked to the big officer and we also had a machine with a view to knowingly cause loss, and we found that the company and the employees had entered into a conspiracy to suffer the machine and, therefore, were very suspicious of the loss of rs. 3690/- three thousand six hundred ninety rupees. Later, we complained on 14/02/2017 and on 16/05/17, despite this no action took place on 14/02/2017.Sir, on date 22/05/2020, we complained, still no action took place, I have been mentally and economically upset in the dealings done by your company and the employees. I am last warning that you will pay me the money you have given me and take my machine away from us otherwise I will have to resort to law and let you know about your services and behaviour by others.Thank you very much for your favour.

Its Horrible service provided by pinbelab. once you have taken the POS machine , they will charge you many miscellaneous charges which are unhidden. Call center of pine lab is worst call center. no support is provided by them . my complaint is pending since 4 months. my machine is de-installed in month of February & every month i recieve mail from pinelab regarding due payment of march,april may. horrible experience. if google have negative stars then i will give them - 100000.dont go for pine lab. I am sure by reading this comment by Pinelab , no response or improvement will be made by company. its just to make all consumer aware.

Idiotic support and tech tech. I raised a concern over my privacy leak and they could not solve in 3 weeks. 12 emails exchanges to get my number removed and still not done.

Services are very poor.Complaint is pending since 29.06.2020.A series of mail send.Helpline not working properly.One no.which is started 4033 not responding and 1800 has waiting time more than 12 minutes.The issue is to activate the dr.card emi on existing mc which is installed more than 3 years.Persons who was visiting for service demanding money 6000 saying that sim slot has damaged but the slot was ok and was done by other technician on next day and the person demand the money was present with the technician.

I have the check and did not get the swap machine for many years and call again and again and threaten the court of payment. And the way of talking is very dirty. froud company

Scam company. I had paid Rs.3717 on sep 9, to their relationship manager Chandra Bhushan singh. It has been 4 months now, no reponse and i still havnt received equipment. This guy never answers his phone and does not reply to my msgs. Till now i have called their customer support number 4 times.Every time they say, i will get a call back in next 1-2 hours, but no one calls back.I got scammed for Rs.3717 by these scammers.

We have been using the pine labs swiping machine and always had numerous problems with it and problems will never be attended immediately. We cancelled our pine labs pos machine by calling them and confirming on email in november 2019. After numerous calls and emails they finally responded over conference call stating they will cancel. But the money has been debited from our account for the past 2 months . Very poor customer service. They dont reply to any emails or have the courtsy of following up an issue. I have been struggling to cancel auto debit and for some reason they debit the money when the complaint has been raised. Kindly do not go for pine labs machine. The monthly fee is too high and nowadays banks providde better quality machines

Dont go by the names listed in the companys website. All they tell you is a lie. I paid for 3 devices and after 6 months I havent received the device nor the refund. The customer care person doesnt even know to speak english. I am still fighting to get my money back. Do not take risk.I guess all the 5 star reviews must be by their own employees. I am sure not even a single customer will have positive comments about them.

I applied for machine on 5th August and Machine not being installed yet. Already raised complaint by email, call, Whatsapp support but my problem is not being resolved yet they take also 6 moths advance charge and no any team member able to provide support yet. My Complaint no is 1973909. They are making only excuses not solution neither they returning my money. After two month of your reply still my case not solved its near about 6 months passed,Today pass more than 8 months but still i have no refund amount from you.I would like to inform you that we have initiated eligible refund in your account with UTR#N08320110171XXXX,Amount- 7,100/- ,Date- 23/3/2020.As you can see that this month I get more than 1 month before but no amount credited in my account yet.

Apply for machine under application no1497398 and all documents with payment has been done on 11 July but still machine is not deployed sales person pankaj tiwari is very irresponsible behavior and no proper communication from technical call center Mr naveen kumar this is very bad for business which pine lab is doing it is a business where communications and faith matters otherwise you will loose(After the down of yes bank pine lab pos terminal is also down 4 days passed they have no alternate options for customers and no reply of calls from there toll free number)

Was in the process of starting an association but then reading a lot of negative reviews, plus experiencing problems from the beginning itself.Was told that the m/e will be installed in a week. the money was deducted the very next day itself. However still running after Pine Labs to get the machine installed and its already 1 month.After the 1st week was told that the form got rejected as the liasioning person had made some mistakes while filling it up. Took one week to rectify it as the person was too busy.After 4th weeks the liasioning person named Sanjay says there is a bereavement in his family and so is away on leave. After tens of calls, When asked for his replacements number , he doesnt want to give any number.If this is the beginning then you can imagine, the plight when one has to get the money the next day. Surprised?Just read below in a review that they hold bigger payments and one has to keep running from pillar to post. If that be the case then i am getting afraid. Mr. Jitendra from Pine Labs take a cheque from us of ₹ 3,717 in the name of Card Swipe Machine, and the amount was deducted from our Jingo Holidays company bank account on 29 October 2018. But we didnt get any swipe machine, after 1 month he tells us that he is unable to provide us card swipe machine.It okay, that you and your company cant provide us card swipe machine.But we need our refund.Whenever we ask to him for the refund, he simply tells us that he send an email for approval and when the email gets approval you will get your money back.or he says that there is no response from your office.Its been more than two months and we still didnt get any trustable response from your side.Please refund our full amount or we have to take strict legal action against you.

The company is located in filthy outskirts of Sec-62, the company is good, located on 2nd and 4th floor of one of the three towers visible from main road. The Barclays tower.NOTE: Google map locates this place but if you are via your own vehichle then you will have to travel an extra mile to park it, because exit gate is what google locates.The entrance gate is a mile away(keep going straight once you reach,then take 2 subsequent lefts and you shall find entrance gate), parking is paid here for visitors and interviewees (40₹). . I gave interview here its been 10 days and response is still awaited

I think PSU banks has much better service and customer support than PineLab. These guys are simply out here to make money they dont have any other intention. They take money from you and just forget, i dont think they have any dept called customer support. If you are not able to fulfill the offered services just close the business.

Its a software company and work in BFSI domain. I have visited here for interview purpose as software Test engineer, and their process are very simple and fast. You can easily reach here from Labour chowk near Noida Sector 12/22.

Pathetic company and employees. Unwanted deduction of charges and the best part is company has no idea of why and what amount is deducted. When requested for cancellation , no one is bothered to call back or revert back. Company has no idea how many machines have been installed at my work place and had been deducting amount for the same. I would suggest you not to go with this unprofessional and unorganised company and even if u go, do not give auto debit option in your banks. I am willing to work with pine lab, bcz i hear the work culture is very good, now i am working as a HR professional in MNC company but i hearty will to work with pine lab.

They will call you, will take interview, will congrats you for selection and then will ask for salary slips. After it they will disappear and you have to reach HR and finally you will listen that not selected and this has been happened with almost 80% candidates.

Never even make a mistake of buying this subscription. These people are very unethical...Customer service is hopeless. Its been 2 months since I raised a request to cancel my POS and no one has responded to it, and taking monthly subscription amount from my account. When the technical team has told me that the machine could not be used hence need to apply for new. I have done that, but its 23 days and no one is bothered to respond. Its not pine labs, Its fine bomb to dealers, i asked de-installation of pos machine on 15 July 2018, still now no one is not responsible in this issue, soo many times call to customer service ,miss komal singh, berandar singh , manish mall , these people are telling the same story day by day, after that i requested to send this machine through dtdc, and komal madem accepted to send, and i demanded to stop my ecs to my bank for monthly rental, now i requested this is only the way or any other solutions for this problem, compliant no 1265090 dated 15July 2018

I did complain for unwanted charges they deducted from my account also i email them to remove there pos machine from my shop they generate a complain id number-1025616 on January-20-2018 after that not a single problem solved by them till now. Dont buy there product i lost my money they charged me every month although i didnt use there pos.I called there customer care in every 2 to 3 days they told me same thing we will remove ur machine in 24 hour.im mentally harassed and cheated by them.

Please do not trust these guys. They are big fraud people. We have applied for Mashine in Jan 2018 and received swipe Mashine in May and its 1st Sep today no one came to install that sit. When I went to their Jaipur office in Meenakshi Hotel near Railway station the office on 4th floor was open and no buddy was there to attend after waiting 1 hour I left. Please guys do not trust these stupid people.
