My experience was good, working here. Great work culture and gives their employees a platform to enhance their skills. I am very much satisfied by Nippon Data systems Ltd.

Well, there is not a single advantage to work in this company. It has been years now, but still, all new employees review, and former employees has the same points for this so-called NIPPON DATA SYSTEM CEO HARISH SARAF.There is no power in their HR management. All decisions take by Harish. He does not even know how to treat and talk to an employee.Never expect leaves approvals (mostly ignored by them) and work-life balance from them.Harassment and insulting employee in the whole office is his most favorite work.Blaming an employee is his other favorite task.If any problems happen from his side or not, He will come to you to harras you in the whole office.Due to this harassment and bad behavior in an organization, they are doing bonds with the employee so that the employee can not leave the company (so that Harish can do whatever he wants to do).If you have free time, want to exploit your career, want to get harassment, and mental torture, then go ahead join the NIPPON DATA.Nowadays, the majority of tech companies, ed-tech companies, and fintech companies are getting investments. Here NIPPON DATA is not able to get even single funding MUST BE REASON for thatLast but not least, never impressed after seeing their CEO photos and articles in the magazine, hes paying for that advertisement to fool clients.

Even this one star is just for formality as negative star is not available here. Ive worked here and found that the owner of this company (HARISH SARAF) is only responsible for all negative reviews. He is a chindi chor personality.

Worst place to work with, they treat their employees like an object, no learning no money.

I dont know why this happened with me but it is worst thing.I applied for software developer and faced 3 round and clear all the round. and found the offer letter as a software developer but when i joined the company then gave me the task for support ..mean they wanted to change my profile.when you needed a support guy then why u hired software developer and wanted to spoil the career...its worst thing ,i never recommend this company...............

Company has no projects and no money to pay employees. All clients are dissatisfied with the company.

Nippon data systems ltd is not able to manage the application of NSDC then why govt is not changing to other company.
