We started this journey of selling online around 1 year back with zepo and we are really happy with the service provided to us. The customer support through phone is really good but through mail can be better.Overall the package is good but logistics is the pain area where you guys need to work hard as it does annoy the customers a lot. Being a small startups delay in the receipt of the remittance does hamper the business.Hope you ll sort this issue to the earliest and hope for a long term relationship.

Dear Mr Nitin, IT has been a hell lots of a time approx more than 1 year, i am signup with with Zepo, I paid complete payment in advance which was 1.1 Lakh, but till date my website is not started working..i am follwing with your staff, Ms Pooja, Mr Kushal, but no is replying to my mails & nor even taking my calls, I am planing to visit your office in Mumbai to discuss with you the same, but i am not even getting an appoitment..I am totally stuck, this is the high time i need my webstore working..
