Like, a PM in this company holds the skill set of a TL and a delivery manager of a PM.There is nothing called Team Spirit in this company. Everyone is only concerned about their own role and how can they take care of this at a minimum effort, even if this approach increases pain for others.Work, work and only work. No other activities are encouraged apart from work. No Friday Fun, occasional RnR, never even heard of anything like Team Lunch or Dinner across different projects/teams and you will wonder this is a Great Place to Work as claimed by the Organization.If this is going to be your first company of employment, you must have enough dare, courage and will to pursue continuing a job. Pros: for freshers onlyCons:1. Very low salary2. Technical Interviewer asks about your ctc and offer which is not acceptable. If candidate salary is greater than him then he rejects.3. Between interview, interviewer buy coconut water or things from vendor, very unprofessional.4. Rubbish experience. I will not suggest to anyone to join this dukan.

This office is located near to upcoming metro station. Walkable distance from plenty of fast food joints and restaurants. The office itself provides delicious breakfast, lunch and snacks at very affordable prices. The facilities are top notch. Every staff member, every security person and every employee is helpful and courteous. Every day I spent here was memorable.

Worst and terrible experience. They can’t afford enough salary so they conduct interviews to earn fame and popularity. Please don’t waste your time.

Not at all professional, They will call you for interview and will conduct 4 to 5 rounds give you Assignment which is a trap and total time waste after that they will never release offer to you. Hire and Fire. No Job security.

Its a CMMI level 5 IT company. Over 2000+ software professionals are working in this mnc. Good facility, lift is accesseble on every floor, cafeteria with penelty of good food with cheap rate. Wheel chair accesseble,. Parking is also available but for 4 wheeler you have to do struggle.

Iris is very good company to work for having CMMi 5 level of maturity. Although location is quite far from Metro but they provide shuttles for Golf course Metro station.

Looks good in infrastructure. Around 800 employee as they told. But far from residential places. Just behind advant tower. If you have own convenience then its ok. No metro near by. They provide paid cabs. Not sure about working culture
