I have never worked in such a company in my 2 year experience. The one who did not do any appraisal. The person I worked under tried to ruin my career his name is Rishi Yadav Manager of Technical Support. He didnt want me to grow my carrier with Idemia.Thats why I left Idemia. I havent seen such a bad person like Rishi Yadav. Any one wants to join Idemia so please see the Google review for Idemia. Thanks

Well, what to say about this company. it has been taken over and everything has changed. No extra curricular activity. Every thing is done on cut cost basis. Local management things they are the owners.The worst is the HR. i need to know who appointed this HR- head. High headed nuisance he is. change him asap.you can join here but dont expect any MNC culture unless the management at high end it altered.whatever i write is totally based on my experience here.

Newly constructed Office spaces created in this area. Now another office spaces is being created by another developer (Anthurium project). Good location considering near by residential sectors (high rise society apartments). Adjacent to Government body Building OIDB

This place is very helpful

It works on identity and security thats basically on smartchips and biometrics. Have department for research and development. Works on technologies like c, c++, java, android, c# etc. Food is available for employees in the cafeteria. Weekend is off that is Saturday and Sunday office is closed. Official timing is 9:30 to 6:30 but employees can stay for longer as per their choice.

They will call you for interview and ask you to sit in a room with TV playing there product vedio. Untill you ask 10 time for interview they keep silent. Will send you to different building for interview and then with 2 questions they say you can leave
