Worst company, traps Freshers with a bond of 2 years. Would never recommend.

The environment in this organization is really good. I love to work here.It is best for freshers as they teach you perfectly and then gives project to you. Proper guidance is provided as well as all colleagues are happy to help you with any issues. This behave of my colleagues helped me to learn fast. Even when I get stuck with my project, and need help, my seniors always review my code and then guide me. I never felt helpless here.My experience here is really awesome. Getting good colleague and good work environment is not possible everywhere, but you can find it here. No one makes you feel that they are senior to you, but they make you feel friendly and keep the environment good so that you can always work with the free and happy mind. No bossism culture is followed here, instead, each and every one is too friendly.The best part is Fandoo Friday celebrated on any Friday (mostly 3rd or 4th Friday) every month. This is the day when you are free from all the burdens and is completely relaxed for few hours. All you need to think is how to win the game. All the managers can be seen as a kid at this time. Fandoo Friday includes games and then cake cutting with snacks party.Love it a lot. 👌👌

They dont read resumes before calling people for interview. They ask complex technical questions for non technical profiles. It is not a problem, if you mention it beforehand. Such a waste of time for everyone.

I have worked with Finoit in 2013-2015 and myexperience was awesome in mywhole journey here. A must join company for the freshers as well as for experienced person. Senior management is really helpful and will try to assist you in every aspects. You will get opportunity to work on emerging technologies. Work pressure might be bit high some times at the time of product delivery and I guess it happens in almost all companies but I dont mind it as long as Im learning something new. HR was too supportive here and salary hike is also up to the mark here !!

I joined Finoit as a freshman. Worked there for almost 3 years. Learning curve is good. You can work on lot of projects from scratch. Highly recommend for those who want to learn on emerging technologies and learn well. Colleagues are nice people and friendly too. Made a lot of good friends there.

It is a small IT industry. But the work culture is nice and supportive. Office is not very spacious, beautiful and attractive. This company is only on the floor of the building. In the same building there are more offices. Parking facility is not available. It is a company to learn and start your career, but not as a batch for your future. The staff is very less and people join & leave after some days. Overall fair place. This is the review posted after feedback from the employee, guards and near by shops.
