Never work with this company, we sub-contracted some development work to them. The code quality was extremely poor. In meetings someone different would show up each time. At the end of the job when we refused payment because of bad work they threatened to leak our IP online. Really bad service and untrustworthy.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars.We hired a developer through this company, what we didnt know was that each time the camera was faulty for video calls, it was someone else behind the screen attending meetings.The code quality was extremely poor and all work completed by whoever it was, needed to be rewritten. The company expects full payment for poor work and is now harassing us online when in dispute of payments.

Have some great products which have huge potential The CEO is a great guy and cares about what we do and our integrity. The CEO also goes out of his way to say hello and see if you’re ok which I think is great. Some of the words to describe him in other reviews such as a tyrant are completely laughable. The business is nothing like what some of the negative reviews say on here! I did have some reservations after reading the reviews but I’ve made my own mind up and I glad I did.

I had been working there around 5 yrs and it is a good company to work with lots of learning and working, good work culture, better career opportunities, higher scope of learning and growth.Also it is a very good company to start your career as you can learn latest technologies with expert team.

I was working for excellence for 1 year, the company CEO manish is very energetic, good leader and cool guy. He is still one step ahead of anyone (if not more) with many ideas. He always succeed to challenge us, and personally, he allowed me to be more confident in my work. He always keeps himself up to date with the latest information and newest technologies, and comes out with super ideas every time! I have worked in excellence technologies. here is my review:CEO is very greedy. He only thinks about his profit, He never thinks about the growth of the employees. You will get only 5000 in training (13000 after training is complete) and still he always try to increase the training time of an employee by giving baseless excuses. They will keep you underpaid and they will behave like you are doing everything wrong. They use upwork accounts of their ex employess which is not right. You will wait for increment for 9 months(1 year including training) and then they try to delay the increment with out any reasons.Worst company ever.advice: Please think about the employees.

Thanks for rejecting me,first time I got hurt in any interview rejection because I have knowledge of java and you want a people who have knowledge of php but if I gave answer of your online programming questions in Java which you asked in php and you cleared my programming round that means for me yes you wants a guy who have learn skill and he can do work after and in your 3 months training which excellence technology provided,but you did not asked a single question on java on my face to face technical skills,I says sir I know how to use jquery,and JavaScript using google where the requirements in website for layout desining not perfect but dont say sir no one used google in when he is required every developer or programmer used google in working time...The interviewer only wants me answer on jquery, knowledge of angular,js,etc I never heart if you asked me question on java and am not answered then I realised I have to work on my java skills but you not asked a single question...Sir your company used the tag line in your application looking for self motivated individual with zeal to learn and grow with company....But you not want to give any Chance to anyone zeal to learn......Anyway I gave 5 star for excellence technologies if did not selected that not means I forget the positivity of this company...Hr are very very coparative in conversation for online test,easily understand problem of people and ready to reschedule interview date according your request and very coparative in company...Even she asked for you food also...Interviewer is also very humble but I have one problem which I already declared....The owner of this compny mr manish is very nice ..He did not meet me but every people of company is admire his in this website review but it can be fake if you think this I tell you the admin boy who take care every thing of this company is admiring manish sir,he is so humble person when I meet him after rejecting the interview outside of company building....He says in age of 30 he achieved many thnig very nice person carry every peoples and stay with their problem.If you wants to go interview in excellence technologies pls you go there if you have knowledge of php.... Otherwise there is no chance of yours....Thankyou...Hope your company will go ahead but I request you please did not play with freshers emotion if you want a knowledgeable person in field you have required then sir why are you give them 3-4 months training in only 5k you can go directly select peoples and give them salary of 15k in first month...If they all are fully qualified...
