Very bad experiencePurchased 8 camera DVR from a Dealer in Bhagirath Place .At the time of installation found only 7 cameras can work on that DVRWhen contcted the dealer he refused to replace DVR and tell me that you have to go to Service centre.

Pathetic experience with Mr. Rajeev Ranjan the owner of VCI technologies, who not even interested to promote this Brand CP Plus and behaves very harsh and rood with the customers.

If you need high range of secourity the go with CP Plus they have camera capturing limit 2 KM range in the night.

No Dvr service

I purchased the Video door phone in February and after 5 months it started giving problems the door bell would not work so I informed the dealer on 9th July and he picked up the video door phone and informed us that it will take 4 to 5 days to get a replacement. It was observed that even after a couple of weeks the replacement was not done after continuous follow up the replacement did not come. I spoke to the customer care team they were not bothered they simply said speak to the service centre. The service centre number noone will pickup . The dealer was cooperative and always reply and shared his helplessness. Finally it has got installed today on 17th Aug . After one month and 10 days which shows that if you are buying CP plus products you are asking for pathetic after sales service.

Cp plus employees are very much unprofessional. They behave like king and cp plus as a product is wastage of money. Never recommend u to go to their office and buy any product .
